This store is lucky to even get a 1. I went in and their shelves weren't stocked. Products all over the place. Sales weren't advertised on the shelves. The prices were so over priced. I had put some stuff in a cart and realized that I wasn't going to pay those prices. So, I left the cart and left. While I was waiting for my ride the manager came out and asked me what I did with the cart. I told her where it was. She came out a second time and said it wasn't there. I told her that's were I left it and she could check my bag to see that I didn't steal any of it. She asked why I wasn't getting the stuff(which I thought was rude) I told her why and she said very rudely next time bring the cart to the register and let the cashier know what you are doing. Mind you there was a line at the register and other carts in other aisles left behind. So, they must have been watching me. Will NEVER go back there. I have never had that happen to me anywhere before.

The majority of the workers in this store are fantastic! Always helpful and friendly. I can really only think of one who is off but it's not a big deal and understandable when walgreens pays peanuts. The manager Brian(?) is always great and he and his team deserve a major raise for all I see them do when I'm in the store.I don't ever really use the pharmacy so my rating has nothing to do with them.

I go to Walgreens for just our prescriptions, 90% of the time. The makeup and food are past the max performance quality. Anyway, the pharmacist outright lied to me on more than one occasion. One of her medications has to be special ordered. We usually call a week in advance to get it refilled. The week before Christmas, we called on Sunday, December 17th. I was told he was ordering it while on the phone with me. It was supposed to be in the following day. Called back on Thursday to see if was ready. Of course it wasn't! It had not even been ordered yet! It took them til the 27th to finally order and receive the medication. Sadly, there was none taken over a 10 day period. It's a vital prescription that one has to have, or, taper down on it, while starting a new drug in the same category. This is not the first time I've been lied to, but, it is definitely the last! It doesn't help if you use the drive through or go in. The pharmacy staff are slow, and borderline rude. Inside, there are two cash registers for the pharmacy. One young lady stood at one, after she had helped her customer. Six people were ahead of me in line, as well as two more behind me. Instead of calling out to help the next customer, she pulled out her cell phone, and was totally focused on it. As she was rather large, the staff had to keep turning sideways, and, still, they bumped her in the crowded pharmacy. I'll prepay online, and just give them the code that is generated. It still takes a half an hour on average, whether they're busy or not, to collect a medication or more. And, if you are there to pick up your prescriptionS, as well as ones for someone at the same address, bring a book, sleeping bag, and pillow. (Yes, that is plural for both of us to get ours. I usually have a couple, and he has three, for two drugs in a three month cycle, while refilling three additional prescriptions every ninety days. To me, it seems as if they could alphabetize the prescriptions by last name, and put each person's together. Nope. Apparently not smart enough for that. In the past, I've insisted that there were X amount more, and get a lecture on how there weren't any additional scripts. After looking at the computer, they see that there are more. No apologies for raising their voice at you. HEPPA is definitely violated at that point. Count your prescriptions BEFORE you pull forward in the drive through, or move to the side to allow another customer to be so nicely helped. Otherwise, they make you go to the back of the slow line, before they will help you again. Another tip? If your doctor sends in a prescription for somewhat needed, in my case, it was antibiotics, at different times, call them beforehand, to let them know you want it filled. If an important, medication like antibiotics are time sensitive, they won't bother filling them when it is received. And, I am on birth control, too. You know the routines of when/how to take it. You shouldn't have to wait a week, once sent in. You don't get your doctor to send in medications like antibiotics, unless you really need them. What will I do- take them for fun? NO! Im sick, duh. It's not like an ED medicine you need occasionally for fun!

Good luck trying to call the pharmacy, they just keep hanging up on you!!!! Also never seem to have some medication and don't call to tell you that or offer to check another Walgreens. Instead they just mark it as delayed - something about insurance or Reviewing prescription. They seem to like to flip flop between the two verses actually keeping the customer who NEEDS the medication informed or offering any type of help.

Young lady in pharmacy I think her name is Emma not really sure she kept turning her name tag over…Idk who hired her but there’s no way she should be interacting with the public. Her customer service skills need a lot of work.

Cashier was helpless as manager is a no-show. I showed them their very own official website that it shows a lower and different pricing several and many of their items. Went in there and saw the product were selling for way higher and asked for a price match that they don't honor. At least they have the products you wanted. So what if you ordered them online would it still be the same or would people be charged blindly? The website belongs to the Walgreens company mind ya now. Not the stores.

Extremely rude workers. Besides most of them messing around and being loud, the guy who helped me at the checkout was rude as hell when I was nothing but nice. When I walked up he just stared at me for a moment and started laughing, then when he started checking me out I told him I have my own bags because I don't like plastic, he laughed and said, "ok.. I'm gonna be nice today," then put my stuff in plastic bags. I wouldnt have really had an issue with that, had he not been laughing in my face the whole time. I wouldn't have even had a problem bagging up my own stuff. Not sure if it was my appearance or the fact I had my own bags but it was childish and rude. Wouldn't recommend.

This pharmacy is a complete disaster. Besides being extremely inefficient and slow, everyone in the pharmacy has a major attitude problem. Don’t bother making an appointment online either- you will still wait at least an hour, even in a completely empty pharmacy. If you ask for assistance or answers, they’re nothing but rude and dismissive.

Checked online for a particular product which said they had it. They didn't have it and no label for it. I was also told Walgreens does not carry this item. Is it so hard to keep the website up to date? Now I doubt that I will ever walk into that store ever again.
