I stopped by for a quick visit. Used the bathroom and there was a Caucasian blonde male employee inside the female's restroom. I assumed he was cleaning the sink so I went straight to the stall. After I was done I realized there was no toilet paper and I asked for help I'm case he could assist but he was gone. I called my fiancé over the phone to get assistance and the guy was around and my fiancé told him the situation and asked if it was ok to come over to bring me the t.p. I asked if my fiancé can bring it instead since there is a huge gap on the door. And didn't matter to them he still brought a huge roll of TP when he could had warned me as soon as I came in to the restroom.

Very unprofessional. Bagger didn't place my card and gift card in my bag. I had to go all the way back. There was no apology or good customer service about the incident. Mistakes happen, we're human but where is the southern hospitality? Gone!
