The cashier didn't give me my wine. This was 50 min drive round trip. I heard this happens a lot at this store. When I went in to get my wine no one know about it. Until a 4th person that was on her break new about it. I called corporate because the night I made my $200+ purchase in groceries. I called the store 6 times between 6pm and 7pm no one answered the phone. A store management person called me the following afternoon. I definitely will never go to this location.

WOW, I can't believe this is a Walmart! The store did an outstanding job on renovations. However, this potentially had a World Dryer NoTouch hand dryers, but they were replaced with 2019 Excel Dryer XLERATOR hand dryers... The restrooms were very nice and clean, although a fly was in the front men's room. Overall, this is a great Walmart!

An older lady with silver hair and glasses stopped me to check my receipt about ten feet away from a friendly cashier who just checked out my cart for me. She inspected my groceries and receipt while other customers walked by to leave. However, she didn't ask for their receipts. I stood and waited until she finished. It took almost a full minute and the she said "You're free to leave now". Gee, THANKS. I am Asian American. DId this have something to do with it? Please investigate. I will tell everyone I know this story and to stop shopping at Walmart. The Walmart on 121 W. Elmsley St, Greensboro, NC needs to train their employees to treat all customers the same.

Worst experience grocery shopping. I won't be back. Stood in line 30 minutes only to have them close the lane and move to another lane. Another 30 minutes in line. Chasier moved so slow. I don't understand why this is so hard b

I'm not sure why I'm bothering reviewing WalMart but if even one person saves some time because of my loss...it's worth it! Twice now they have cancelled my grocery pick-up order an hour - or the first time, five minutes - before I was supposed to pick up my order. And you can't ever get anyone on the phone to get an answer...they genuinely don't care. Let's be honest - it's WalMart! I don't go for the great service or wonderful experience...I go because it's cheap. For me - the 'bar is low' regarding my expectations of a WalMart shopping experience...pick up or otherwise. But even still - the WalMart at Elmsley is over the top disappointing. They are the absolute worst. And they say they want to compete with Amazon?!?! Right!!! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere...at least for grocery pickup!

While traveling,our tire was going flat,so we came in to have our tire plugged. After waiting for an hour ,we were told one mechanic had left early again. The mechanic who looked at our tire said it would be an easy fix had to go cause his shift was over. The woman who was assigned our car had a oil change ahead of us. She went to lunch. Some time later,we saw her socializing in the store. W3 asked the lone mechanic left in the place to lower our car. We took it down the road to Jeorge's and they had it fixed and we were back on the road in minutes. Never take your car to Wal mart!!!

If there was a zero id give it a zero. Ive been waiting for customer assistance for like ever aka like 20-30min and its not even busy. Already asked for assistance twice and have gotten no response. I need to find me a new Walmart

Very poor and unprofessional. Told the guy he put they incorrect battery in my vehicle. He was very dismissive telling me they didn't had that kind on the shelf when in fact when my husband dropped it off he told them they had it. He then had an attitude about it.

I went there 3/22.The customer service is horrendous. I went to the automotive depot to drop off a tire. The tire had the full road hazard warranty and was less than month old. Fist I waited 2 hours and went back to Walmart to find out, they could not repair it and the idiot with long hair working the register did not bother calling and letting me know. Then he told me they did not carry that tire anymore and I would have to get a different one, so I agreed to get a different one that was $30. After leaving I get a call from the mechanic, letting me know they still carry that same tire. I go back to pick up my tire at 7pm and the same incompetent guy at the register tried to give me only half the credit for the tire. After explaining this guy over and over and had to go back behind there shop to find the mechanic myself so this idiot could understand what was going on. He was extremely rude, most of time he was on the phone. Walmart needs to get rid of the incompetent automotive department manager and the idiot with long hair that was working back there during closing on 3/22. Amazon needs to put them out of business.
