Charles Norton at the Guilford College branch did a superior job of handling several problems we had with our different accounts. However, I found it extremely difficult to offer praise directly to the manager after I left the bank. WF would do well to make it easier to leave a voicemail or set up some kind of contact method to do that.

Just left the Wells Fargo branch and was told they no longer issue temp cards, which I did not know. Then was asked why did I want to have a card “issued” inside the branch and not through the app? I’m standing inside your branch help me!To make things better was told that they no longer do expedited card services, then told they do, then was told that you had to have a “good reason”, then was told that they did do it but would have to sign for it upon arrival.You know what- how about I leave and just write a bad review in your parking lot!Customer service was horrible! Oh and not by just 1 person, but 2! 1 who happens to be a manager! Wow!

Long time Wells Fargo customer. Visited the branch today to add 2 people to our safety deposit box. After waiting patiently for one of the two “bankers” to become available we were told that the banker we had waited for didn’t have time to carry out this simple task as it was time for her to eat lunch. Absolutely unacceptable be it staffing issues or just pure laziness on her part. The teller told us we would be helped if we waited.

Mary and the other bank tellers are so customer friendly. I come in to get boxes of coins for my kid and they are very kind, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Customer service like this is tough to come across these days. Thank you ????

THE WORST BANK AND SERVICE OF ALL GREENSBORO. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DON'T TRAIN THE PEOPLE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS BEEN CONSISTENT HORRIBLE SERVICE SPECIFICALLY WITH THIS LOCATION. MANAGERS AND TELLERS INCLUDED. TELLERS NAME MARNITRA IS THE ONE I CONSISTENTLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH EVERY-TIME I STOP BY. IF I CAN AVOID THIS LOCATION I WILL DO SO. THIS IS NOT EXAGGERATION REVIEW BUT HAD EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE TIMES. TO THE POINT I WANT TO CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNT THAT IS BEEN OPEN SINCE 1990. THIS IS WARNING TO EVERYONE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN THIS LOCATION AND BETTER TO BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I drove two hours for an appointment at this location. Not only were the people unwelcoming upon arrival, the lady that my appointment with, could not get the simple task that my appointment was made for completed. The manager was also unwilling to help.

I’m highly impressed by the quality service provided by their employees. It was a simple $20 charge for ordering checks, but they went above and beyond to reverse the fee. They called to keep me informed and gave me a direct number to use to contact the branch manager.
