I wasn't greeted when I unloaded my items and I felt disrespected when I sent over $200.00 for a few things. I don't appreciate the mediocre service when I send the way I do. Much needed improvement on their service.

The experience in the store was very disappointing. There was a lady by the name of Tamara with credentials of DSD and she was very rude and unprofessional. I would figure a neighborhood store would be more friemdly to its customers. Tamara is not a nice person.
