Williams and Sonoma in friendly shopping center Greensboro Nc has very poor customer service. There were two workers there who were both busy., one helping a customer, the other on the phone. Neither acknowledged that I was even there I stood at the counter. Stood in front of item that I wanted to buy. Neither said I will be with you in a few minutes. They did not speak either. I’ve seen the item that I wanted online on the Amazon site. Will buy it there

My wife and I exchanged several items from our wedding registry after our local Williams Sonoma closed. The ladies here could not have been better. They were kind, patient, and extremely helpful!

A truly lovely shopping experience here. The people here are very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience special. They talked with me and got to learn about some of my culinary interests and I got to hear about a few of theirs. I had my eye on this Le Creuset 2.5 qt French Oven in the color "Ganache", and this was their display item. They had no problems boxing it up for me so that I could take it home. They insisted. How could I refuse? Truly a win, and I definitely will plan to come back.

They had far too many employees there the day I visited and a couple of the older ladies were snooty. Thank goodness I got a nice salesperson that helped me gather up a couple of coupes for a gift and wrapped them up nicely for me. I typically love browsing at this store but the layout was weird and too many employees gossiping amongst each other instead of helping the customers.

Rasheem was very helpful. I was looking for a specific standing mixer and we discovered that they didn't carry what I was looking for. But even after this UNFORTUNATE discovery, Rasheem continued to help me look online for the right thing and where to find it. That is a great quality in a sales person. When helping the customer is more important than just selling them something that maybe they don't want or need. That's how loyal customers are won over. Thank you friend! I will be back.

I was slightly disappointed when I visited the Greensboro, NC store a few weeks ago to purchase a gift from the bridal registry. I’ve always loved the gift wrap offered by Williams Sonoma, but was told that they now charge for that service. The clerk didn’t even seem particularly happy about providing a box for the purchase. It seemed to be a major inconvenience for her, but she finally reappeared with a box that somewhat fit the gift. She appeared to be a new employee as she had to ask for assistance from other employees numerous times. Nice gift wrapping for a registry purchase of this quality has become somewhat expected, at least by me.I’d be very interested in learning when this nice perk of shopping at Williams Sonoma changed?

I really was not impressed with this Williams-Sonoma. This type of business is suppose to be above par and excellent customer service. I was not acknowledged when entering just looked at by employees. No one offered to help. It was like, OMG, we have a customer in here let's go the other direction. The place was very small with tons of displays everywhere so it was hard to man-over around without hitting something. The layout was awful. I love this store and frequently shop here but I will most definitely be avoiding this location. BIG, HUGE disappointment!! This store seriously needs a revamp!!!
