I liked going to this place, I don't understand much English and the manager, I think her name is Cristina, explained to me well how to open an account, she explained the different ways to deposit money and in my own language, I think they should have people like her in others banks, that speak several languages so they would attract more people. Thank you Ms Cristina for helping me, I surely recommend this place

The employees at that establishment lack expertise in various areas, which is quite unfortunate. It raises a concerning question as to why an individual who previously worked at Walmart deli is now employed at a bank. Furthermore, it is puzzling that they prominently display on their screen that they cash checks for nonmembers, yet when one attempts to cash a check, they insist on requiring an account beforehand. This discrepancy between the notice and their actual policy is perplexing.

I've been banking with this location for a few years. In July I made a deposit in the electronics department because the bank was closed. The cashier counted out the bills on the counter and verified the amount before putting it into the register. She crumbled my receipt and said "You don't need that do you?" And I said no, because I have the app. She stole $100 out of my deposit. The following morning when I received my bank statement, I went in to see the manager. I requested they check the cameras because she counted the money out into piles of $100. They refused. The manager said she would look into the matter. I was asked to come in to sign a paper to allow them to investigate (which makes no sense), but when I went in, the same manager said she would send it in the mail. I never received anything in the mail. I've called the 800- number and was told I would hear back. It's now been 4 months of getting nowhere but getting a runaround. Today, I spoke with that branch manager, who informed me that the other employee was not the manager " although she likes to think she is" and that "this is the first he has heard of this situation". I was made to feel like a liar, as he then told me that no one has ever complained about this before. However, upon my initial complaint, I was informed that another client had recently come forward with a similar complaint but she (the woman who claimed she was manager but isn't) "believes he's lying. I don't want to close my account without resolution Because I feel like I'll never get my money back. At this point, I've spoken to 2 people that claim to be the branch manager and a csr and given my contact information, but have yet to hear anything. If you bank here, be careful to pay close attention to your statements because if someone steals your money, they will not even look into it.

For the first time since I've opened my account I was told I had to deposit money in my account in order to get a money order. This caught me by surprise, since I have never been asked to put money in my account before.These we're two separate things. I was getting a money order with another card that has nothing to do with my checking nor savings........Baffled!!!!!!!!
