It was a great stay, the shower was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The included breakfast was also great, there was a pretty good selection which you rarely find in hotel breakfast.

This is a single experience - I stayed before without major issues. Stayed 10/12-10/13. Power goes out sometime during the wee hours of the morning. Still out at checkout time. Apparently a Duke Power outage - ok, fine. But why do some rooms/floors have power and some don’t? My room was without power, but I passed many other rooms that were fine. Elevator was fine. Halls were fine. Asked at the front desk why some parts of hotel had power and some didn’t. Did they not have a backup generator to power the entire hotel? They couldn’t have cared less, shrugging and starting with the oh I don’t know. No one knew anything. Like kitty cats in a box kicking litter around trying to cover something that stinks. No offer to discount or comp or an I’m sorry for the inconvenience - nothing. Poor performance all around on that.

I still give it five stars, because it was a nice room. When checking in early in the am staff was very nice. I asked for a late check out and staff approved it. I asked him could he document it because I know some staff are on autopilot and won’t check. Just like I knew someone would do. Come and knock on the door without checking first. Overall nice hotel and location.

So... I'm a flight attendant and I'm not too particular about hotels, but this was not one of my favorites. It's typical for a Wyndham, so if you like Wyndhams, you will find its in decent shape... Except... The air conditioners really suck. They are loud, which makes it hard for me to sleep because I need dead silence in my room. But when I turned the ac off, I could hear everything that was happening outside as clear as a bell, as if I had left the window open. Seriously. And there was some kind of event going on at the building next door, so it was super loud with the ac and super loud without the ac. And the room would heat up fast. Also, whatever party they were having went on til 3 in the morning, which I will admit is not the hotel's fault. I asked for another room and the guy at the desk made it sound like he had another room, but he wasn't willing to give it to me... Which at 3 in the morning is pretty much going to agitate anyone. Finally, I don't think they have an airport shuttle because another hotel shuttle came to get us and they were late, which made us even more prejudice against the hotel because we didn't have much time to sleep and we were waiting outside in the heat for them. So don't expect a hotel shuttle for this hotel. All in all, for a Wyndham, it's nice... Except the ac. You may NOT want to book on a weekend because of whatever the lot is next door (I think it was a church... And a church party...as weird as that sounds). I felt like the guy at the desk was more frazzled than frustrated, so I know he wasn't a bad guy, but when it's the three in the morning and your tired, I think we kind of hate everyone. It's likely my perception was skewed. From the short time I was there, it seemed like a nicer Wyndham, but it was definitely not a good night for me. If you go, take earplugs just in case. And if the hotel is reading this, I would recommend you at least keep earplugs on hand, even if you just sell them. I did ask for them and was told the hotel doesn't sell them. They are cheap... Stock up. That's my best advice.

They are under construction at the moment but it is obvious Wyndham is putting it's 'Grand' touches in as the pool is being upgraded to resort style, rooms, amenities and fitness center are all very modern and clean. As a Wyndham rewards member I have high standards and their excellent hospitality and ownership of the experience was great! Thank you!

So, we stayed here one night while in town. The rooms are nice and clean, but the rest of the hotel needs a bit of a face lift, especially behind the hotel. My only real complaint is about the breakfast buffet. Now, it's no different than any other hotel breakfast, reconstituted eggs (why can't hotels crack an actual egg anymore?), biscuits and gravy, etc. But the tickets that they give you say, "gratuity not included". There was a sign near the plates and a glass bowl that said "don't forget to tip". I served myself breakfast and I bussed my own table. I got my own water refills and literally no one even came out to say "good morning". What would I be tipping for?Why are they trying to insist that people tip? No one did anything for me except put the food out there and this is part of a service that the hotel is offering. What is the tip for? Why doesn't the hotel just pay it's staff a fair wage instead of asking guests to do it for them? I won't be back.

I honestly thought that Wyndham Garden hotels were better than this. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was nice and the staff was friendly. My real complaint was the rest of the hotel needs a major facelift. The second elevator looked like it needed to die already and had no actual flooring. But I digress from my real complaint. They give you tickets for the breakfast buffet (which no one asked me for, btw) and the tickets say, "gratuity not included". Now that set me up for disappointment right away. I thought, well this must mean there's an actual breakfast and someone will be serving. I let myself into the empty breakfast room. I immediately see a glass bowl near the plates with a sign that says, "don't forget to tip". Hmmmmmm....I serve myself the typical hotel breakfast fare, powdered eggs and all. I notice the sign that says you're not allowed to take breakfast back to your room. Strange, but I wasn't planning on doing that on this particular trip, so no issue. I eat, I fetch my own coffee & water refills. I still haven't seen an employee the entire time I eat. I bus my own table and I'm still wondering what I would be tipping for?No one served me or cleaned up after me. There's literally no reason that I should feel obligated to tip. Hell, no one even said, "good morning" to me. The demand for tips is unreasonable and the hotel should pay their employees a reasonable wage instead of trying to insist their guests do so instead.

There isn't a single nice thing i can say. If you are traveling like we were and needing a place to JUST sleep, go further. We did not get rest we needed. It was so noisy as the halls did not have carpet. Hallways loud with people from down at restaurant and the sounds echo throughout. We woke up to no power, and our food in the fridge we bought had to be thrown away. The key fob did not work on the outside due to power outage. You would think a large chain hotel like this would have an emergency generator in place. Just awful, run down as well. Our cabinets in room that held the fridge were all busted up and needing replacement. I only am saying this as they also took a security deposit from me for damage. I had to call to tell them about this as I didn't want to be blamed or charged for damage. If you are tired and just want to sleep you have to go through all if this for just a night stay. NEVER STAY HERE

The beds were dirty, black mold everywhere, crayon markings on the wall, boogers on the wall, paint peeling off the walls, and the pool was drained and in complete disrepair. The staff at the front were very nice and they deserve recognition. The condition of the hotel itself was very, very poor. My family and I slept for a couple of hours, took showers, and flew out of there to a new hotel.Nearby activities: Strip club

Honestly, the only complaint I have is the water pressure and temperature of it was terrible. Everything else was very up to par. Breakfast was outstanding, service was great, the room was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and son came here and I was told it was a decent area and good hotel to stay in. The pool is a mess. The room had no actual pillows, just a bunch of tiny couch pillows. Really disappointed especially since we wasted over $100 for this one night! They also charged my credit card for the stay which was supposed to only be used to hold a room.

The hotel needs upgrades in the rooms. They had ample staff. Good location near highways. Pool was closed for repairs. They had the terrace restaurant for breakfast and Cooper Ale House for lunch, dinner and drinks.

When you walk in the lobby, it's quite fancy. Go past the lobby, and it's a whole different hotel. This place was definitely not worth the $286.45 I paid for one night. Yes, one night. It seems like the place just needs to be updated. Wallpaper is torn and peeling. TV was quite small. Overall, the room was pretty clean, but the shower head and drain looked gross, so we didn't shower. I also had to block the main door with a towel. The gap underneath was so large that it flooded the room with light at night. That made it hard to sleep for me personally. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Strangely, we stepped out to grab breakfast at 9am and a housekeeper was coming in to discharge our room. She was told it was already vacant!? Check out is at 11am. Breakfast was OK. There are lots of options to choose from. I just don't feel the ambience matches the price.Rooms: Bed was nice and comfy.

You probably won't die here, but you can also probably do better. I arrived at 1, but check in was at 2, and they had to have a conversation about whether they could store my bags for me. I didn't know hotels existed that did not do that. Ultimately they did store my bags, but they cautioned me it was at my own risk. Wow, ok.- They still have glass at the checkin counter. Felt like a gas station.- They have those check in cookies like doubletree, except they're hardbody. - My room blinds didn't close all the way- Elevator near my room looked like the one from Aliens. - Room was generally a bit shabby. - Breakfast buffet was bad. Coffee tasted like a deforestation blend. Also I had to plead with the woman to let me take my food upstairs. Someone actively tried to stop me from doing that. Ultimately, the place feels like Motel 6 or Super 8. Ok whatever, but I think I paid $200 a night to stay there and not $79. You have better options.

Clean comfortable rooms, great staff, breakfast, pool, fitness room and what a grand entrance they have! There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that seems to do quite well. I did not eat there
