I needed a storage unit pretty quickly and after talking to 5 different other places I chose this one as they were the nicest to talk with and explain how everything works, I was able to rent a unit online and access it late in the afternoon which I was very grateful for. We spent all day packing things up and had I not been able to do everything online, I would have had to keep the moving truck additional days. I also love being able to go to the unit when I need and getting in and out is super easy. The property is always very clean and even at night, the entire property is well lit and super secure. Going to the units alone is not scary because they have camera everywhere and someone is always a phone call away. Any concerns are addressed right away and I would recommend anyone who needs storage to chose Self Storage Brothers.

Nice and convenient storage location outside of winterville with WONDERFUL staff that really works with you to help meet your needs! Rented out a 10x10 for 5years and they were BEYOND helpful when moving out! My stuff was in a non-climate controlled unit and even in the NC weather my stuff was still in good condition and able to be reused following a lengthy storage! THANK YOU Self Storage Brothers for your help and genuine thoughtfulness!! If youre looking for a safe place with kind staff to store your belongings in ENC (gvegas, wville, ayden, grifton) I recommend trying this location out!

Really nice people. Going through a tough time and the lady I talked to really helped me out and consoled me as well. She also explained things in a simple way because when I called I was crying. Great place and quick too

EDIT: I had a problem at this faculty and STEVEN the manager hung up on me. How are you a manager and this is your customer service skills? I did nothing wrong. They messed up on my acct. I'm called trying to get them to fix it. Ms. Betty was trying to do so. He interjected himself in this mess and didn't help but hung up the phone instead. I am beyond upset and disappointed.
*They also DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS when you have a problem. You can't get past the office staff.
