I did not know this store was around they fixed my daughter phone at a reasonable price and had cool stuff as well to buy on the inside of the store and the service was pretty fast

Went to Jersey Mike’s on Memorial Drive in Winterville NC. None of the employees were wearing masks (including the cook). I inquired about why they didn’t wear masks. One employee said something that wasn’t quite clear but I think she said the manager told them didn’t have to wear them and then they didn’t have any there. Their sanitation rating was a B (82). One employee (who appeared to be a manager) was sweeping the floor around the food and then cut a sandwich in half with her hand on it. Someone in the kitchen sneezed. I’ll never ever visit this place again!

The staff was so helpful and efficient when performing my motherboard switch out on my Galaxy Note 9. I will definitely revisit this establishment for my electronic repairs or service. You will not be disappointed please check them out.

You could help by actually fixing my phone. I took my phone in gor screen to be repaired order from from KY just as instructed by staff who would have order from same company I was told but an additional amount 35 percent extra charge. I ordered screen was repaired phone NOT fixed my phone after being 100 prcent charged comes on go off back to back about 6 or 7 times until finally when I unplug and plug charger back in my phone stays on iits like playing a game that I don't feel like playing , if I ever was in an emergency I wouldn't even have a phone to be able to call 911 because my phone keeps shutting off made owner aware he told me it was a glitch in my screen and did nothing else to or for my phone.

My little girl's iPhone data cable broke off by the tip inside the charger port. Talent Wireless hooked that up in less than 15minutes when I walked through the door after I called to ask them if it was something they could fix. I got the repair and a new data Cable and a new wall charger. Straight like that.

I took my phone in to get a cracked screen fixed. The phone has just died and when I called she said it was ok they had a charger. When I return to pick up my phone my home button and my front camera no longer works and that she wished it was checked before she started.(They had a charger) I have my old screen back on and half of my money and a worst off phone. I texted and called on my phone the same morning I took it and can prove it. There is another review with the same problem below.I called another place and he said either their screen was bad or my home button cord was damaged when she took the screen off.My advice is keep Apple Care or go somewhere else.

Fixed my Galaxy Note 5 at a very reasonable price, saved me money! The people here are very nice. I dropped it off while I was at the movie theater and my phone was already fixed by the time the movie was over. Highly recommend!!
