We went to pick up our RESERVED car today and found a sign that said, "If you made your reservation in the last 48 hours we will will not be able to honor your reservation as we have a car shortage however there were at least 6-7 cars on the lot. I asked the RUDE and NASTY agent about the cars and she proceeded to tell me that 1 was reserved for a 6 pm rental and the others were not rentable due to mechanical issues. It was 5:45 I asked if the 6pm person did not show could we have that car she then said oh I am going to give them a 15 minute grace period. Long story short the person did not show and the RUDE agent start to rent to us but it was an SUV a larger vehicle than we reserved and she said it will be an up charge, I told her no it is not my problem you over booked. I then said I will be putting a review on FB and the NASTY agent returned my credit card and license and refused to rent to us. I will never ever ever rent from Alamo Enterprise or National again. We called Customer Service twice and were told a Regional Manager would call us back, never happened.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! MY PLANE GOT IN AT 8:15 PM. MY RESERVATION WAS MADE A WEEK AGO AND CONFIRMED! AFTER WE GOT OUR BAGS, WE WERE VERY TIRED AND COULDN'T WAIT TO GET TO THE HOTEL. WELL THE FREAKING ENTERPRISE/ALAMO PLACE WAS CLOSED! NO CAR FOR THE NIGHT! THANKS FOR NOTHING ENTERPRISES!

Zero stars! This facility offered the worst customer service I have experienced in some time. If your time and selected vehicle category are not important to you; this site may be acceptable. I was downgraded 2 categories and had a wait of 1.25 hours for the car to be brought over from another site. Originally told it would be 20 minutes. No apology; the agent maintained it was my fault for arriving 1/2 hour late for my prepaid reservation. My drop off in Jacksonville, FL was amazing with 5 star service!Greenville is a beautiful town with very friendly people.

Great company, rented a full size SUV to take my brother to college. Got a 2020 suburban, which was nice. Got in and the change oil light was on. I went back inside and got the attendant who turned it off, but it kept coming on every time I started it. Other than that small annoyance, everything else was great! Clean and sanitized! I will be returning

This rental was trouble-free. The agents were pleasant and professional. The process to rent with them went smoothly. I would definitely rent from them again.

I have been using this particular Alamo rental shop at the PGV airport for almost a year and have nothing but good things to say about the customer service I have received. They are very courteous, helpful and understanding. One time , I made a last minute reservation and they did not have an available car, but they worked it out so that I could wait and get one. (Ps: My advice to anyone booking from this location: This is a small airport. This is not RDU with an endless supply of cars. Popular holidays sell out very quickly and some regular weekends get booked up too. Booking a last minute reservation does not guarantee a car. Other than one last minute reservation, I have never had issues getting a car. This is true for some other companies at this location too) Anyways when I needed the car despite a late booking, they helped me so much because I was in a bind. I really appreciate how they helped me and how friendly they were about it. I really enjoy the staff who work there and the quality of the cars so much that I go with their company even if it’s a few dollars more. They usually are the cheapest option anyways. If you need a rental car in the area, I strongly recommend them.

I requested an 8 am pickup so I could get on the road early. I was told my car would be ready for pickup anytime after 8 am. When I arrived at 8:20 the car was not on the lot and was told it was just taken to be cleaned and they were unsure how long it would be. Why tell me it would be ready anytime after 8 if you were going to remove it from the lot at 8?

Arrived this AM, reservation in hand to be told I was out-of-luck. They have no cars and weren't anticipating any coming in. This independent is also National and Enterprise. Welcome to Hooterville.

Currently at the airport and there is no one at the desk and no sign indicating when they will be back. I reserved my car on time and showed up on time. Never again.

I wouldn't rent a car from here ever again. I reserved a car from their call canter, I asked the operator to make sure the vehicle will be there when I get there, I was assured it would be. Well that's not what happened. I arrived and the supervisor was incredibly rude and offered me a upgrade because my car wasn't going to be there for 5-7 hours. But for an “up charge†we could give you an SUV, which was double what I was told the rental would have been. So for a 4 day rental that was supposed to be $179, they have charge my CC two weeks later $890. Time to call corporate! Beware of this location!!!
