My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our living room. When we arrived, Paula was the first person to greet us as we walked through the doors, she was very friendly and took initiative to ask us what we were looking for. She immediately walked us to look at the sofa set that I described I was looking for and in the end ended up buying. Paula was very helpful, informative and patient with us as we decided on the other pieces to go with the sofas. We highly recommend Paula!

I received great customer service from Mrs. Paula Collins. She was so excited to help and knew a lot about her products. She helped my fiancé and I purchase our first couch. She made the process extremely easy. She also made us feel right at home as we did this.

Not really an outlet store. Priced sofa/loveseat and realized their price was same as regular store. When I questioned them they were very rude and told me they were outlet because of the convenience of taking used/display pieces with me. I informed them RoomstoGo discounts their pieces about 40% in their outlet. The sales person Mattie then informs me “to go to RoomstoGo then”. Wow!

I recently experienced exceptional customer service from Kevin while purchasing Ashley furniture. His dedication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pieces for my home. I highly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Poor sales man with attitude .. as I look to refab and furnish my third house, I stopped by this location after a morning of remodel and my Lowes run. Not in my Sunday best I was greeted by an overzealous and typical sales rep (Tim) who quickly informed me that the prices makered are only for financing and it's much lower if I CAN pay in cash. After liking for what I saw online I was informed that the sofas here are $3000 plus (even though all the sofas that I walked by were only $1200 and as told earlier by Tim there much cheaper with cash) I was told that I should try the outlet for those prices. If you're looking for a good experience, good quality and a good price, try any other store in Greenville except the store and stay away from the sleazy sales tactics that they deploy

I am not typically someone who goes online and bashes businesses, as I work in healthcare and deal with the public everyday, so I understand the frustrations. However, I am more than extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from this store, as well as the customer service staff. I bought a dresser from them over a month ago and was told by the manager of the store that it would be delivered that following week, during a 3 hour time frame that I chose, as long as it was before 9pm. It never showed up so I waited another 2-3 weeks before calling, as I understand that delays happen. When I finally called, I was told that they do not deliver after 5 and that I must be available all day from 8am-5pm the day they deliver. As most people, I work an 8-5 job, so that of course was not feasible to me. I informed customer service what I had been told at the date of purchase and they kept on repeating that they do not deliver after 5. That is a complete lie, as I have had close friends not get their furniture delivered until 7-8pm. My grandmother purchased the dresser for me as a gift, so she called customer service as well to try to get a delivery at least around 5. She ended being redirected to Robert, a "manager". We were already upset at this point, but kept composure, until Robert was extremely hateful. Practically yelled at my grandmother telling her "I DO NOT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU THAT LIE ABOUT THE 3 HOUR DELIVERY BEFORE 9, BUT THAT IS NOT A THING" and just kept on being extremely hateful. No apology for his temper, nothing. Instead of losing your temper with your customer, why don't you address you employees who are lying to your customers? I get it, you want to make sales. But lying to customers is only going to cause more anger and confrontation than just being straight up honest. For Robert to be a manager and someone who is supposed to represent this business, he is doing a terrible job. Treats people as if they are stupid and has a superior complex. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and will NEVER give this business another dime of my money, as well as do everything in my power to deter others from this business. Do better Ashley's.

This review is for the amazing sales associate Paula! I would recommend her over and over for her dedication, product knowledge, and how personable she is. She really takes her time to show you and find exactly what you are looking for! Would definitely recommend asking for her for all your furniture needs!

We recently bought a bedroom suit, mattress, and recliners from the Greenville homestore. We dealt with Paula Collins and she did an excellent job answering our questions and helping us find what we wanted. We had a problem with our mattress and Paula and the home store manager did everything they could to make it right. We will shop with Paula in the future whenever we need something else.

Working with Paula has been such an easy process~ she is a delight! We were not able to visit the store so she was able to walk the showroom and direct us to in-stock options. Paula is very responsive and helped us every step of the way!

I came in the store today because I was approved online and I wanted to see how much would I need down to get new furniture. Well Paula Collins was the first to help me and she helped me with a capital H. I wasn't able to put a down payment today and she made it to where I didn't have to make a down payment and also I forgot to mention that she matched the price in the store from the online price. I was very happy that I came in this Ashley store location because Paula Collins rocked this sale!
