My boyfriend and I switched from Verizon to att about a month ago and not only is our service phenomenal but the service that was provided in the store with the rep Danelle was even better she made the process very simple and was very patient with us!!! If your looking to get a new device or switch to att i recommend not only att but going to see Danelle at this location!!!!!!

They don't explain things well came from out of town wouldn't help me and said I could do everything online what's th point of having a store if they will just tell to look up the deals online and payments.

I was on a 5 hour trip and my phone stopped working. I pulled into AT&T and an employee greeted me and took care of my phone and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes and there was no charge. Outstanding service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this location and AT&T Loyalty Dept. I transferred my phone line from US Cellular during a promotion which gives you an $800 credit on a trade-in. I have not received my credit and it has been months. Customer service and their loyalty dept. claim they have no record of me turning in a trade-in. I turned in the trade-in to an employee named Richard. He was suppose to have recorded the trade-in which he apparently did not. So guess what? They cannot or will not make it right. I am paying for my phone without the $800 credit or any other kind of compensation for Richard's incompetence in doing his job. He needs to be fired for not handling my transaction properly. So I am saying BYE BYE to $800, AT&T CELLULAR & DIRECTV STREAMING!!! You have lost this customer. Lesson learned. Always read paperwork and make sure you are given proper receipts for EVERYTHING!

I was there August 24th, approx 5:30 p.m. my phone kept dropping calls. there was a black guy helped me, very pleasant n helpful. He couldn't fix my phone. He used store phone n put me on with customer support. He left the store. White guy with beard came over n put info into tablet. I asked if he wanted to talk to support to know what's happening. Rudely said no. He had attitude when talking to me like he didn't like his job. Then put a new sim card into my phone and then my phone starting working n didn't drop any calls. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that was not a reason to have a bad attitude with a customer.
