25+ years and still would not waive a cashiers check fee. Slow service and the management was too busy to come even engage. I have worked with the other local branch and the manager was friendly and quickly waived my fee. I would choose any other location and I’m now looking to move my business to Navy Fed.

They will not cash a check for non customer if it's more than 1500.00 I pay lot my contractors well over 1500.00 weekly. If I write a check to anyone they should cash it.

The management and staff of this branch are always professional, personable, courteous and respectful. They are an asset to both the community and the banking industry. I am a longtime BOA customer but have also banked with other institutions. This branch is classified as a “community branch” and their genuine concern for the individual patron is evidenced each time I visit.

I had a check I needed to deposit issued from a foreign country in foreign currency. I was unfamiliar with the process, but Ms. Estrella with the very helpful assistance of Ms. Erin Cox got it done quickly and professionally. Also, I was hesitant to go to this location because of all the negative reviews of this particular bank. I’m glad I went anyways… I was greeted immediately upon entering and directed where to go and then the above mentioned ladies did an amazing job! So I dunno if they’ve had bad days before, but my experience was nothing but productive and enjoyable!

Ridiculous close two branches in town and have lines outside. Claims their is no connection . Understaffed is the excuse so no one lost their job when they closed those branches? You know the only reason. They cant find tellers if they pay decent they could find employees. I am sure they have record profits screw thenThe

Now, i am not sure why i see a few negative comments, but i was just there a day ago. Met a mgr., supervisor,of the bank, by the name of Janet. She was so nice, quite well-spoken, professional. Then, i am meeting a nice lady named Deb.Richard, was the 1st i've spoken to, on depositing a 7447.00 partial suit settlement check, while i was visiting nice part of Rocky Mount and i urgently needed some cash out of my check, to pay my mortgage, at Rocky Mount, Wells Fargo, but i only bank with Bank of America, for a while now. I went to BOA to cash it, or deposit, while taking some cash out for the mortgage. Rich was so nice. I left the rest in my account, to continue to wisely save, to build off of. Richard was very helpful, told me, just to bring I.D. since i did forget, back home, the red colored-ATM card, but i had credit card on me too. Rich said, as long as there is '''Enough''' funds available, it should be cashed etc., i told him the amount, so i was happy to hear this.DEBBIE was the bank teller. Quite professional. I was able to procure from my account once deposited,took out immediately same-day 860 in cash funds, from my settlement check, as the check was drawn off of Bank of America, from insurance company,etc., and Debbie was so helpful, nice.Honestly,I have never had such an easy pleasant experience, at a bank, except my local suburban NJ,NYC tri-state area.' Thanks, BOA. I look forward to stopping in, utilizing your branch, when it is warranted, when i visit NC, again, if i do, if not the MOBILE banking device, Debbie mentioned.I didn't even think of it, the utilization of BOA APP MOBILE on my phone,but nice to at times, just walk into, or utilize the drive-thru, at a local or out of state bank etc., on the road or at home, so i did.Now, this is how employees, at a bank, or ALL businesses SHOULD handle people from ALL walks of life.'' I personally had to say publicly, a genuine thank you. Stay exactly how you are, in life. You shall be blessed, on how you're treating people, equally and respectfully.Keep smiling. Yesterday I went in and scheduled an appointment for 11 am today. Went in today to find that they were closed. I don’t know why you would give me an appointment if you’re going to be closed and then not even tell me about it. Very annoyed

They are having people wait outside in 90 degree heat because they are only letting in a few people at a time due to Covid. This branch has a drive through - why aren’t they using it? Or they should have people take a number and wait in their cars instead of in the heat/humidity/ rain for an hour.
