I was a little disappointed in my B and N experience. After checking on their website for a particular book and traveling almost an hour to get it, it could not be found. Two employees searched, after confirming that they were supposed to have copies in house, they could not find any. I had to order the book and was told that I had to pay to ship it to my house. The book was on sale for $14.49 but the shipping was $5.99, adding 40% to my cost. The employees were polite but the experience was truly disappointing.

Everytime I try the coffee, they are always out of something and can't make a drink. I literally tried 3 different drinks...nope don't have this, nope don't have that. Yall need to get it together.

Sadly, I could not get served at Starbucks due to only one person working. She had to clean the equipment.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the registers as well as customer service desk. Good variety of Bibles. The barista in Starbucks was also pleasant :)

Nice book store. Also has a Starbucks like Cafe with delicious desserts and coffee drinks. There is wonderful tea there as well.

Your typical B&N. Clean and well organized with a café. Friendly and helpful employees. They have a large selection of LEGO. It's a great place to buy books and gifts.

Great place to browse, have a coffee, and reflect on great books. I love taking kids to B&N to pick out food reads.
