Good service & good prices. Had cell phone battery in stock where Best Buy had to order. Service tech was right on with timing. Actually called to let us know he was held up with phone repair before us . Will visit again!

Stopped by to drop off batteries for recycling. Was told by the person at the desk “you can just throw those away - they don’t have mercury in them.” Really?!?!? I could just throw away paper and plastic, too - no mercury there, either - but that would defeat the whole point of recycling. I left in disgust.

Purchased a battery for my vehicles fob in June. This past weekend my vehicle displayed a warning got message that the battery needed to be changed.I proceeded to the BP store at which time was told that the battery is still good despite vehicle warning on dashboard. Owner claimed to blow particles from inside battery case, and said that was the reason for the “misread”. He proceeded to test the fob’s buttons which responded. Car was parked directly in front-no more than 15 feet away so therefore it will respond accordingly. I was encouraged to return to swap out battery if the vehicle’s warning returned. Needless to say upon starting my car, the warning returned. I decided to wait a day to see if the situation would improve. When it did not, I returned to the BP store, I spoke with the owner who refused to replace my battery. I mentioned that the same situation was occurring with both fobs. He was only interested in trying to sell me a new battery.Long story short…I paid $12 for a battery that lasted about two months. Felt even foolish after speaking to coworkers who advised that for what BP charges . I can get up to six batteries, and then some elsewhere via online or in the community. I can certainly fathom as to why businesses fold—frequently because of selectively poor customer service. Very disappointing as I have made numerous purchases this year alone including the ridiculously marked up lifetime replacements.I guess you live and learn. Customer service is only as good as your most recent purchase. Make no mistake. I have no problem paying for a service, but a customer should not feel that they have been taken advantage of.

I've been dealing with this Batteries Plus location for a few years now, on a regular basis, and I've had very positive interactions with the owner and all employees that work there.If they don't have what I need and they know where to send you, they will direct you to where you can get what you want, this is very much appreciated!!!!!!!! mcc

During a thunderstorm my computer battery backup failed. I took it in, prepared to spend $200 on a new one. The staff tested my backup and determined that it was fine and that it was the battery that was damaged, even though it was still holding a charge. I bought a new battery and the backup is working now. They could have just sold me a new backup instead of taking time to find the real problem--that is superior customer service! I'll definitely shop here again.

Will always provides exceptional service but today he really went above when I came in during r!ush hour after work and he replaced my battery. It is service like this that keeps me coming back to batteries plus!

William was an excellent sales rep. I watched him as he waited on the older lady in front of me. Some folks just don't have what it takes to provide great customer service but William is not one of those people. This guy know how to provide excellent customer service! Great job William!
