“I had Austin help me about two weeks ago. My cars undercarriage had gotten loose and was dragging a panel underneath. I was there to buy clips and Austin was there to help me figure out which I needed. But as it turns out it, he realized it was a pairs of bolts that just needed tightening. He grabbed his socket wrench and got under there and fixed it for me, completely free and of his own good will. I had never received as good of customer service experience as that. He served with a smile. I then bought wiper blades and he put them on for me. He’s a really great rep. Would 100% recommend asking for Austin.
