Nice rooms, quiet. Has laundry & fitness room, also a back patio with 2 gas grills which i noticed were cleaned. King bed was very comfortable, appliances where nice..not the newest but nice. TV guide in the room is a big plus. Got my $ worth and exceeded my expectations.

Great service. Everything was done promptly. Reese and Endia cleaned our room and replaced linens and bedding. Front desk managers were extremely helpful!

Great service. Large suite rooms don't have AC in the bedroom. It's in the living room with a small fan, built into the a wall that blows AC into the bedroom in this heat, it was not enough. I asked to change rooms. They gave me a smaller room without any problems. What if you're looking for an air conditioned room, the sweets are not what you want.

Rooms are very quaint and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette, stove top, sick, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable and good location. As being part of IHG I would assume there would be complimentary breakfast, there is no breakfast. Other than that, the hotel was great, staff was exceptional, polite and accommodating.

Trey was amazing! His Interpersonal Customer Service problem solving skills were exceptional!!!!! The elevator was not working. Repairs were set for Tuesday. My significant other is a Veteran with chronic neck and back pain, in recovery from shoulder surgery. Trey worked hard at problem solving for us and he didnt have to. We appreciate his level of professionalism and murder mystery podcast!!!! Suggestions!!!!!Thank U Sir!!! For that requested information.
We will be back, as we travel a lot.

Our room had roaches all over the place, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT OR THEY WILL CHANGE YOU FOR DAMAGES THAT YOU DID NOT DO!!! IF I YOU HAVE ISSUE WITH SMOKE ALARMS, THEY GO OFF ALL THE TIME WHEN SOMEONE IS COOKING!! THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE CHARGING IT!!

First , I want to start by saying , the washers and dryers worked amazingly . They were also FREE ! It was also lovely that they provided kitchen necessities such as pots/pans , utensils , paper towels, plates , bowls , ect . However , when we first walked into the room , we found an antidepressant pill (54716 number on the pill) on the floor which lead me to believe the room was not properly nor thoroughly cleaned . I have a 9 month old baby so that couldāve gone EXTREMELY bad . The wood floor was sticky & the carpet was just overall disgusting. There was roaches in the rooms ( we had other guests staying there as well who had sightings of them) . Also , our room had a raunchy smell . We found in the dishwasher (that we hadnāt used) there was standing water that I assume had been there for some time . I assume because there was a ring around it where the water was and stuff floating on top of the water . Iād also like to mention , I had a charge on my card for $611.05 from them for NO reason . OH and our door did not close properly . It opened right up without a key card . Lastly , the worker Trey who worked night shift is NOT a nice person . He was very rude to us and our other guests multiple times during our week stay .

Place is pretty decent, only seen 1 roach free running so far,but overall everything is pretty clean but whoever worked the front desk 12/18/24 night shift is rude as hellā¦on top of that, this hotel tried to request a $50 deposit, which is fine but originally declined, but didnāt know it did till next day, so they kept trying to charge the card for the $50 and next day they tried to charge $600 without calling or even trying to get in contact, nobody ever authorized a transaction for that amount.

Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk, namely Mr. Reese. The hotel, Public areas and rooms are very clean. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

I have always had a great stay at the Candlewood Suites in Greenville. Love the proximity to ECU as well as different sports complexes. Staff has always been great and it is wonderful to be able to speak with a GM who is so accessible. Will always choose this property when in the area!!
