Extremely pool customer service with extremely high cost. For what I pay, I should be able to get a simple question answered and they want to charge me $60 to answer a question.

I have had a terrible experience with Copy Pro and their leasing company Executive Leasing. I had been a customer for over 20 years and the last 4 have been difficult at best. The last copier/printer I had never worked properly. My repeated complaints went unsatisfied. At one point I was told the machine was working fine and it was not. This year I decided to terminate my contract and go with another company. I contacted Copy Pro and Executive Leasing to terminate the contract and pay out the balance of my lease. Since April, I have been arguing with the company about the pay out and the pick up of the machine. As of today I still have no resolution. The company has provided me with a pay out that includes a "termination fee" that is not disclosed in my contract. When I refused to pay it, they have refused to communicate further with me. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend anyone else doing so. I would give them zero stars but the system requires that I give a star to leave a review.
