I will be moving my prescriptions back to Target because I've rarely gotten quality service from this location. They are extremely slow and could careless about the drive thru people waiting. I almost started to walk in but it was cold and raining out. I was "helped" by an employee named Tonya who kept wiping her nose after about 10 minutes passed of me sitting at the drive thru. Mind you no one was inside that needed to be helped and there was one car behind me. By the time she got to the window, there was no apology or anything for having me wait over 10 minutes...it was just "name? Date of birth? $25.00." She probably got her nose snot on my card. After she took my money she said "thank you" and I just drove off. If I was the manager she would be gone lol. This location should really consider hiring GOOD employees to work this pharmacy because I've ONLY gotten decent service from the older lady who works back there. All the gen Z and millennial employees at the pharmacy are horrible. The rest of the store is OK but I would NOT recommend this particular pharmacy at all.

The reviews on this place speaks for itself. Don't waste your time if you have literally any other options. The lower level employees are friendly, but it's obvious they're all not fully trained or still need help. I don't blame them for the issues I have here, I do blame whoever's in charge/the head pharmacist. I never understood why people were so angry in front of me in line here, but now I completely understand. I just feel bad that the younger employees have to deal with all the angry customers who come in. If you go here it is just a matter of time before you have issues. I have wasted hours driving back and forth and having to call.

Terrible. I frequently get the runaround when dealing with this CVS. Not long after complaining about poor service, they seemed to have retaliated against me for my complaints by shipping one of my prescriptions with an open bottle. When I opened the package, my pills went everywhere. Those CVS bottles are very difficult to open, this was deliberate.

This is the slowest CVS pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. It's not just once in a while it's every time I need to pick up a prescription for a family member. It makes me appreciate my CVS in my hometown.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and good luck getting a hold of them on the phone. Go to the one on 10th street instead!! They're the best!

Worst Pharmacy in Greenville! I had a doctor send them a refill on my prescription, I then waited 30minutes in line just for the guy to tell me that a doctor sending a prescription refill is no longer good enough I also need to call (wait on hold) and ask them to fill it. Beyond ridiculous. It never fails there is always an issue or excuse for things not being ready. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!

Terrible pharmacy with horrible service. They don’t answer the phone. I have waited on hold for over an hour before, and I have never waited any less than thirty minutes. I had a prescription called in around noon one day, and when I went to pick it up around 7pm I was told that it would not be ready until the next day. Would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy.

Very easily the worst pharmacy in Greenville. I had an antibiotic called in very early the day BEFORE I went to pick it up at 7 PM. "We're still working on that for you." A dozen pills took them 48 hours to fill for me. I also have trouble with them refusing fills of medication with no indication of why. When I am notified that I need to refill it, I go through the process of doing so and it always goes from processing to that I need to contact the pharmacy. These are not controlled substances so I don't know why I have the issues that I have with generic prescription drugs. have never had the issues that I have had with this pharmacy anywhere else. The beginning of this non-sense started a year ago. I had a pretty substantial operation that was incredibly painful and my mom was making sure to get my medication during that time so that I was not suffering. She dropped off the prescription at 8:30 AM and they still did not have it ready at 5:30 PM when she said it was very important that it be ready. I was made to suffer out of either under staffing or just poor customer service. I think all of this justifies a 2 star rating. The only thing I can say is that the clerks are friendly enough. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!

I have had 3 challenging experiences getting medications. They seem to not pay attention to details like change in the strengh of a medication. They have taken 2 weeks or more to order necessary medications and the only reply is "I'm sorry." Poor Customer Service they do not try to troubleshoot to try to make things better. I was loyal for many years, but it seems they have gotten too busy to uphold there own companay standards of caring. Stay clear of 704 S. Memorial Dr. Greenville NC Store 3385
