Pharmacy hours are incorrect (I’ve put in a call to corporate so they should be fixing it and I’ll pull this review down when the hours are updated.)
The staff were nice about it. Couldn’t serve me but looked like they had already counted the drawers so I get it.

I've had issues with this store since I moved here 2 years ago!!!!!
Terrible service for trying to talk to a pharmacist. I've never seen anything like it. .You have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back. It's ridiculous! I hate this store's system. The cashiers are great. They seriously need to hire an extra Pharmacist!!

This must be the most negligent service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. I’ve had to get involved repeatedly in processes between my provider and pharmacy in order to receive my prescriptions. I should be on their payroll at this point.

CVS just keeps going downhill after moving to Havelock and thinking that was the worst CVS ever I do believe Greenville is worse. Ask the lady in drive-through since I’ve had surgery if she could get some aspirin for me and she’s obviously too lazy to do her job and told me to come in the store to get them even though that’s what the drive-through is for. I mean I was picking up Prescriptions in the drive-through after surgery I just needed some aspirin terrible customer service and they never have any medicine available. It takes hours on in for stuff to get filled. It’s just absolute disappointment. This world is an absolute disappointment anymore. Nobody wants to work but everybody wants a paycheck.

Pharmacy and in store experience has always been good. quick moving lines, attentive and nice employees, fair prices. They did an amazing job at helping me get the information i needed for my prescription and sent it over to another pharmacy immediately since they didnt have my medication in stock. it was my first and only time taking that medication.
