Won’t trust them for a special occasion! I received flowers and berries from this location. Despite the party ordering a week in advance, it was a day late on delivery. Fine. It says day not guaranteed on their site, however, it said they attempted delivery the day of (they didn’t I was home all day specifically waiting for “a special delivery”) so I’m not a fan of lying. Then when my gift arrived a day late it came like this (pictures attached) blown out flowers, mold in the stems, leaves rotting apart. They left the orange stamens on the lily’s (a no go because they stain everything) it got all over the “bouquet” and one Lilly looked like it had been a victim of a hate crime. Completely crumpled and stained all over. I had to take it apart and salvage what I could. Happy Birthday to me. The cake ? That came with it looked as if someone stuck there finger in it and the sad berry beside it was well sad, wet and slightly smushed. They only redeeming quality was the specialty box of berries I received. They were all ok and survived the delivery.

I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy time. However, it is eight o’clock at night and it still hasn’t been delivered but has been in transit now for 2 hours. This was my first and last time using edible arrangements.finally arrived at 8:30 and looked like this.

I’ve been deployed for the military & have been gone for eight months so I ordered $150 worth of products on 1 Feb to be delivered to my wife on 14 Feb. I wanted to give enough time to allow the store to prepare my order & deliver it in a timely manner, however, this didn’t happen. I understand Valentine’s Day is probably the busiest day of the year for them but I expected better service than this, especially given the fact that I ordered weeks in advance. It’s going on 7PM & still no delivery. My wife called & was given attitude by the staff stating “they had 80 orders” so we decided to cancel the order not only because of the lateness but because of the poor customer service provided by the staff. Holidays are supposed to be special days & the public pays good money to ensure these days become special so I’m very disappointed with this process & will no longer consider or recommend their services.

If I could 0 stars I would. I ordered my husband an arrangement to be delivered to his work for Valentine’s Day. He works as a School Resource Officer so his work closes at 3:30. At 3:00 he still hadn’t received it so I called edible arrangements. They told me that they had forgotten to make his order.I am very disappointed and will never order from there again

Staff was friendly and able to help me place an order. I gave 3 stars for the lack of product in the store. I wanted to try a basket for myself as well but there were only two small baskets made.

Was very disappointed with this store. They refuse to deliver to the hospital even though it is an option on the website. Also the store closed at 430 when the website states 6 pm.

I live in Mt. Pleasant and have 2 grandchildren that live near Furman. I send an edible arrangement on their birthdays from the Congaree Rd store. They have always provided good service but this time there were some complications entering the order into their system.The manager, Nick, was amazing. He was determined to make sure everything was just as I wanted.He went above and beyond!

We have been sent a few Edible arrangements this past year and they all have been delicious. Occasionally, there's a soggy strawberry but overall everything has been good. The little cheesecakes are awesome!

I was so disappointed with the gift I ordered my mom for Mother’s Day! This is how it looked when she opened it. Wasn’t worth $86. They could’ve at least sat something in the tray to prevent the desserts from sliding around so it’ll look neat

Time and track order info is terrible. Took 3 hours from when my order was out for delivery till it arrived. Very inconvenient since it was a business and was very close to closing.

I would never purchase from this company again, especially the Greenville, NC store. I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday who is away at college. It was not delivered on the scheduled day and was instead delivered the next day at noon. When I called inquire as to why it wasn't delivered on the date I requested, I was told that it was because they could not reach her. So then I asked why they didn't call the next day to make sure I still wanted the order before delivering it, they said they normally do and agreed someone there "dropped the ball" but would only offer to refund me $10.00 of the delivery fee. This did not seem like a reasonable compromise considering I offered to pay for the product itself even thought the fact of the matter is, if they had called me the next morning, I would've just cancelled the order. There was definitely a lack of communication on their end yet the manager, Nancy, didn't seem very willing to make it right in order to keep a customer. Very disappointed....Kim W.
