“My daughter and I went inside Verizon today very frustrated about our new service. Phones we purchased online were not working correctly and we had spent a week going between stores and speaking online and over the phone with Verizon. Tameka met us with a smile and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly with us as we spoke to 4 different people over the phone. After more than two hours the issues were finally resolved and we felt like we had made a friend. The customer service Tameka gave us is rare these days, but the Verizon store on Red Banks gave me some hope today!”

“The staff was attentive and answered all my questions and directed me to everything I was looking for.
Their gaming section was.....ok. every keyboard display was missing keys and the mouse display was all messed up. And while they were stocked up for the holidays, the store was kind of a mess - looked more like a warehouse.
The appliances section seems to be taking over more than half the store - so if you need a good printer or even joystick, or want a good selection of PCs and graphics cards - go to Staples I guess? If you're looking for a nice stove or washer machine, they've got a pretty big selection of ask the fanciest I've ever seen.
The store is clean for the most part. But the best best buy I've been to, but what really makes a best buy the best best buy?
