Great experience and highly recommend going to this store for bedding needs!!! Had already visited other bedding stores and was not satisfied - walked in this location and walked out with exactly what I needed. Tracie greeted me with a welcoming smile and quickly showed me options to choose from according to what I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and knew how to relate to the customer. Went home and told my husband about it and he went back the next day and purchased another mattress set. We are very satisfied customers!

Our mattress purchase from Factory Mattress was a very positiveexperience. The staff was very knowledgeable. They informed you but did not pressure you. We made three visits and they were patient sharing a wealth of information. The delivery was smooth and efficient.

I highly recommend buying your new mattress here! They were extremely helpful and gave me exactly what I wanted. My mattress and box spring were delivered the next day.The delivery was on time and in and out quickly. If you want high quality, affordability, and great customer service this is the place to go! They are also a family owned business and I’m proud to have been able to buy from them as supposed to other chain mattress stores. Overall it was a great experience!
