Had a wonderful cut and colour experience with Amy. My hair is exactly as I wanted it to be thanks to her. I have all ready booked my next appointment. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and welcoming, all of the ladies are engaging, Morgan is so friendly, and I would recommend this shop without reservation.

If anybody is needing color and a short cut (Bob) please book with Amy you will not regret it! She is amazing, super friendly and full of energy. You will enjoy the environment and all the laughs because Amy will keep you laughing.

My best friend came in for a perm today and definitely did not have it done right. There was no test area beforehand to make sure it could be done properly and hold correctly. Also her hair was damaged by the stylist due to their own lack of knowledge. She not only deserves a refund but to also have her hair styled properly by a person who can follow proper procedures. I hope that this can be resolved properly and swiftly. I'd also like to add that as someone who has knowledge about hair and cosmetology id expect better fram a place of business where a person is supposed to wear the work of someone around with them. Do better.

Hi, my name is Chloe Long and I was in today (1/23/24) for a perm. When I left the salon I had minor frizz. After fully drying however, my hair feels very dry and damaged, and the result is very frizzy. I have consulted with another stylist who told me I should have had a test strand done for integrity and I was not given that, nor consulted on the risk for this happening. I’d like to know how we can resolve this as my hair is now ruined. I am highly disappointed.

Awesome service, walked in and got hair cut, husband/son got hair cuts and beard trims. Friendly staff, clean place and price was not bad either.

My 16yr old son went for his hair cut today, the hairdresser completely jacked up his hair. I could've done a better job-myself. Unbelivable the hair dresser shouldve called his mother and I and apologized for what she did to him and refunded his money he earned himself. Absolutely unbelievable unprofessional and I have to wonder if she did this on purpose I don't believe a trained hairdresser could do such a hack job! He played a varsity basketball game tonight and other people were actually laughing at him. Not good I want to post a picture.

The staff was friendly and very helpful!! Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment due to too much pain after my total hip replacement surgery. The understood and were very nice when I canceled. Definitely will reschedule

the past few times i had been to a salon they have never achieved the color that i wanted. most recently my blue shampoo had turned my blonde hair greenish blue but i went to fantastic sams and they fixed me right up! i believe it was crystal who did my hair and she was amazing! she made sure that I LIKED IT. i walked out really happy with it!

Krystal is an amazing hairstylist. Amy did not do a good job.Amy had been told to please leave hair at the top and to NOT touch it. She was also told he is growing his hair out. She proceeded to cut his hair SUPER short. His long length was completely gone and his hair was nothing like he had asked for. It was a disheartening experience. I can’t imagine how sad he felt leaving the salon.Service: Hairstyling
