Bad service . Failed me because of window tint, said he would pass it but it was going to be $30, but cash I only had my debit card with me and they failed me .

Came in for oil change, had an appointment, they consistently take hours for an oil change. This is the fourth time. I have to bring my fleet car here, but they don't seem to care about reasonable service times. Piss poor management, filthy waiting room and staff that has a I don't give a s*** attitude. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere.

Had my car towed to Firestone because it wouldn't start. The cost was going to be higher than other places so I had it towed somewhere else. When I went to pay she said that something had exploded when they were looking at it and that is why it was goning be so expensive. The place I took it said it looked like someone took a hammer to it. Afterwards I have been told by many people that Firestone has tried to take advantage of them.

Was a walk in and even though they were very busy I was able to get car serviced quickly ( 2 tires replaced due to broken belts). Waiting area clean and lots of places nearby to walk to if you didn't want to hang around. Paid what I was quoted. Thank you!
