Not quite as savvy as I had hoped in terms of being able to do business operations. I was referring by a friend and they are good for personal banking but the business side left me taking more steps to complete important transactions when time was of the essence.

I have been without my debit card for almost 8 weeks now. I have had it ordered two times, never showed up. They refused to overnight it for me the first time, despite me being promised it will be handled the first month my debit card did not arrive. I waited another month for it and they told me this time they'll overnight it. It has been 4 days and I still do not have my debit card. I am beyond upset as this has disrupted so much of my routine and I have to plan ALL OF MY PURCHASES around going to a bank that closes by the time I get off of work. I have needed to put all of my bills on my credit card because I have no other way to pay them. Even my CashApp debit card came after 3 days, but guess what? I need a working debit card with MY BANK to withdraw money from it without paying $3 every single time, because it declined every withdrawal that goes directly to the account via routing numbers. I am beyond exhausted.

your system is ALWAYS down. I haven’t been able to pay my rent on time for two months now because i can’t write a check or do a money order. absolutely ridiculous.

The Donkeys of Customer Service, they lied to the police on me, said I threatened them, the police came and apprehended me, they would not tell me why my card never came, the teller Elson canceled my card and told me you’ll live, baker told me they don’t accept change, lee couldn’t tell me why they chose to cancel my account, I asked for an investigation they can’t do one, that’s not everything, I didn’t come up here to complain, I came up here to warn you. I don’t know if I was targeted or if they’re just this bad with everyone but from my experience I would not recommend to let any young entrepreneurs use this institution, even if it was the last bank on Earth, most definitely will be going to small claims court, from the heart with love.

Bad customer service. Was calling because a error happened with my card and it wasn’t letting me get through mobile banking. I called for over a hour bacc to bacc and did not get any response. I’m really thinking about switching banks

If I had it my way, they'd get a zero. Incompetent is the best way to describe these clowns. They allowed some thieving moron to withdraw all of my money out of my account, and I don't even stay in Greenville. Never been to Greenville, hell, I never knew there was a Greenville NC until this incident took place. They didn't asked this individual for identification or even bother to reached out to me or my wife, since again WE ARE NOT FROM THE AREA! Hell, how hard was it for this particular teller to simply check our transaction history to figure out they were being scammed? Instead, they just gave this crook all of our money. The best part? Jennifer Hughes deliberately hung up on me twice, and when I demanded the branch manager Tammy Lee the information of the representative who authorize and allowed this thief to steal my money, they refused to provide me with this information. Clearly, they rather protect themselves, before they do what's right for the customer. Totally unacceptable! Stay away from doing business with these clowns or this bank.

The worst for putting in deposits and debits according to their own rules so that they can charge fees! The branch is not convenient, and closes whenever. Trying to call the 800 number takes a long time and they usually cannot even explain why for Citizens did what they did with charges, but will know that they do usually credit you back but you have to call and spend 20 to 30 minutes getting that done each time. Also have had my card cancelled twice, most recently was cancelled for a week before I went to use it and didn't even know until I did because they never notified me that there was fraud and they had to cancel it! Didn't even offer to expedite me a card, still waiting the 7 to 10 days to get one.

Wonderful bank! I don't bank here myself but my father does and has banked here for as long as I can remember And I'm 30 lol so atleast 25+ years! The tellers are always very nice and professional whenever I go in!
