First time here and very pleased. First, they don't immediately try to stop you from entering the bank despite the issue of the COVID19 issues. They have 6ft place marks on the floor so you know how close to stand. On entering they have rubber gloves and face masks for all needed. Unlike most recent sites have closed their doors making individuals feel unwanted or even like they are some dort of leper that must call and request an audience with the king to be allowed access. The bank does a good job during there challenging times to make customers feel like they are wanted.

This branch never answers their phone and even after leaving a voicemail they will not return your call. Most recently I attempted to pay my credit off and accidentally sceduled the payment for the wrong day and wrong account. My credit card company tried 3 attempts to get payment and rather than Yadkin decling the attempts they CHARGED me 36.00 dollars of a NSF fee each attempt. I have had other instances with this bank but this is the one that has pissed me off the most. They charging me 36.00 dollars for 3 attempts for one payment. Yadkin literally stole from me. I'm fine paying for 1 attempt, but 3 is stealing from me. The biggest problem I have is this poorly run branch isn't responding to my call and not helping me close my account. Do not bank with Yadkin.
