Never buy the warranty!! I have had my couch for 1 year and the brackets that hold the sectional together have came off not covered by the warranty! I sat up to get off the couch like normal and couch broke. I looked and it is held in by Staples! Poorly made and furniture fair will not cover it!

Bought a sectional sofa and got the warranty. Beware when purchasing the warranty no work is done in your home, I was told repairs would be made in my home. After receiving sofa for getting repaired noticed a tear in the back contacted store and was told they would send to corporate haven't heard back.

This is the worst place to buy any appliance or piece of furniture. You will waiting months for your purchase and be met with thousands of why your order has not arrived. Then when you receive it, it will be broken or damaged. The customer service is also horrible and unhelpful.

You have to wait so long to receive your order and the want u to make payments but u don't have your order. It's been 10 weeks haven't gotten my stuff yet. The communication is poor. I think that the customer should be called with the progress of their order.

The selection is expansive. Some of the sales staff are incredibly engaged. Delivery time was reasonable. The prices seem a little high against the overall market but the sales they run look like good discounts. The manager and supervisor were incredibly helpful and informative. The office staff was absolutely on the ball and informative. Expansive clearance selection, wide selection of merchandise I could've taken home immediately. Overall a very traditional furniture store experience, not terribly unpleasant.

I've been a customer of Furniture Fair Greenville, NC for many years, buying numerous items. Always took advantage of their sales and finance offers. Up until my last purchase when I was treated like they were more interested in their bottom line than resolving a problem and keeping a good customer. That is too bad, for them, and for me. I purchased a Corinthian power reclining loveseat on November 29th of 2021. The loveseat was on display at the Greenville store, so I was able to check out the power reclining feature and to see how comfortable it was. The loveseat appeared to be of very good quality and well made. So, I made the purchase and picked up the loveseat from their loading dock the next day. I set up the loveseat in my family room and was very pleased with my purchase. So, over the holidays the new loveseat was used by myself and my wife, and we loved the power reclining feature. So maybe the defect was there all along, but I did not notice until I was having trouble with my back. What I realized is the seat cushion on both sides did not have ample support and the seat cushion would sink lower on the outside when sitting. So, when you sit down, your upper body would be leaning to the outside instead of up straight, and that is why myself and my wife were having back trouble. To alleviate this issue, we would put extra cushioning on the seat to the outside. I felt like this was a manufacturing defect, so I contacted the store in Greenville on January 6, 2022, and was given the phone number for the Jacksonville store who takes care of all repair and replacement issues. So, someone came on January 19th to check the issue. On February 14th, I was contacted by the repair department and was told that new mechanisms had be ordered and will arrive in 2-8 weeks since parts are coming for overseas in a container. This was not the ideal situation for me, having made the purchase of this loveseat for $1800 and I also had purchased the 5-year protection plan. Over two months later on April 25th, having not heard back, I called and was told the parts had been delayed and would be arriving "shortly". Not happy with this situation I contacted the salesperson and the sales manager but had to leave messages since neither were available. Never got the first phone call from either. I guess they don't deal with problems very well. It appeared to me they saw me as the problem and not the loveseat. On May 18th I called and checked for any progress in getting the parts and was told it would be two or three weeks. Finally, on June 21st the loveseat was picked up to be repaired at the store. On July 23rd I heard back that repairs have been completed and delivery can be scheduled back to my residence. At this point, I went to the Greenville store to check to see if the problem had been resolved. Was not surprised to find that nothing had been done to resolve the issue with the seat cushioning. I talked to the sales manager and was told they had done all they are willing to do. I would not get a refund so I could buy another loveseat in the store or just a simple exchange for one that did not have the problem. Was told this issue went all the way to top management and any refund or exchange was denied. Just a side note.... I had planned to buy the entire set including the sofa and single recliner, but I could not do business with a company that treats a customer like I had been treated. So, the bottom line is that Furniture Fair did not resolve the issue, and they have lost a good customer who has bought thousands of dollars of merchandise over the last twenty some years. I bought a couch and chair. Sales person was awesome until she got my payment. We didn’t see her the rest of the time while we waited for receipts to be printed. Told her when we were picking it up. We get there and it wasn’t even ready to go. Had to wait a very long time for them to bring it back and get it wrapped up and ready to go. Meanwhile employees were taking smoke breaks and a manager was on the phone having a loud conversation with someone. Very unprofessional. Will not go back. Also wanted to charge $300 dollars to deliver it 2 miles.

Delivery was wrong mattress, sales took upon themselves to rewrite a contract and change my account without my knowledge. The sales person, Brenda has yet to return any of my calls and would not even acknowledge my presents when I went into the store to try and get all of this straight. I have been in there a total of three times trying to get everything straightened out, and as of right now am still waiting on a call to see if an agreeable solution has been reached. This has been going on since March and now is almost May 2022.

This store is a joke. The house I live in is very small house and the only couch that fit the dimensions we needed was 1 option through furniture fair. Ordered the couch Nov. 18th of 2021 and just got to pick it up yesterday (April 23rd, 2022). It took several calls of being put on hold to find where the couch was, and even being told they couldn’t find it and they were going to have to give us “store credit”. Fast forward to two months ago, they found the couch and said we could pick it as soon as it came to the store. When I did get to pick it up it was not securely loaded. I even called and asked if I need to bring a trailer and they told me no it would fit in the bed of my truck. After I left the store, I had to call a friend to come help me secure it properly before it fell off and into someone’s windshield. Then, we get it in the house and I go to start assembling the legs and noticed I’m missing 3 legs. I will never do business with this store or company again.
