It’s not that they didn’t get the work done that I needed. It’s the way I felt like I was being treated. When it came time to pay I had a little struggle. And as I’m sitting there, visibly upset, nobody cared to ask me if I was OK, or even offer me a tissue as tears fell from my eyes. as embarrassing as it was to cry in a public place, but then also to have no human compassion to even offer me a tissue. It really upset me. I know it’s not their job to worry about. That Someone can actually pay when it comes time to pay. But it felt really heartless not to be even offered a tissue or asked if I was OK.I wish I never got my car from Toyota because I was definitely overcharged during Covid. And now in this economy, struggling to keep up with everything that’s going on in the world and also just starting a new job. It’s super stressful. A little human compassion couldn’t hurt anybody there. I had to ask for a tissue just to get myself together, rather than being offered one.Again, I know it’s nobody else’s responsibility to comfort me. It just would’ve been nice to be shown a little bit of compassion.As far as the work, I need it done I probably 100% chance could’ve gotten it done somewhere cheaper and should have looked around before agreeing to the outrageous price that they charge for labor there. And just to clarify, I Knew I was going to have to pay something. But I was not explained that I was having to pay two different things that day. I assumed I was only paying the difference of what I owed after getting financed to help get the work that I needed. It wasn’t explained to me.That being said, they did get it done, even with the feeling that they were looking down on me the entire time.I will not be returning to Toyota other than to get my free oil changes since that’s the only thing I actually still get.

It’s a great dealership to work with! There were a few hiccups in the service process for me mainly on communication but the service manager Randy got all of it figured out and had my car back on the road in no time! Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful Experience!! My wife and I bought a beautiful used Chevy Tahoe from Greenville Toyota on 1/22/2024 from salesman Ian Miller. I've never been treated better from a salesman at any other dealership! He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and overly nice! He even helped us get a better deal on the vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole experience. We looked around at other dealerships for a Tahoe first. Out of all the dealerships, this one was perfect. Low miles, awesome carfax report, and it was extra clean! If your looking for a new or used vehicle, definitely ask for Ian Miller at Greenville Toyota! He even checked in with us a couple days later to see if we were still happy with our purchase and if we needed anything! I'm telling you, Greenville Toyota.......Great People, Great Place!!!

I was very Happy when I purchased a used vehicle. I saw all the signs that said Greenville Advantage included on all vehicles sold. Several months later take my vehicle in for an oil change and guess what. Because my vehicle was a European vehicle this was not included. Well nothing on the sign, billboard or the TV in the service said it had exclusions. This is a Direct Violation of the FTC CARS ACT. for deceptive practices. It was implied that my vehicle came with this. I did not sign anything to the contrary. I paid my bill and was polite about it. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told he was in a Karate Class. I asked to have him call me. 24 hrs later no call. The service manager was really nice and apologize and offered to pay for the ticket. I told him I had paid the bill.

Bought a car from here in June of 2022. I got charged for wheel locks that they couldn’t even put on my particular car. I had to fight to get that reimbursed and then when one of my friends bought the same car they charged her for wheel locks also. Again could not go on her type of vehicle which was confirmed to me by multiple people. The free maintenance for life is great if you want to wait 3+ hours for your car to be done for a simple tire rotation. I had an appointment today at 9. I checked in with my service tech around 10:20 to see how much longer it would be and was informed that they hadn’t even looked at it yet and still had a couple of cars in front of me. Then why do I have an appointment. When I asked him why I had an appointment he said they were half staffed with a full schedule. That’s not really my problem. Toyota should have planned accordingly. At this point I would rather pay to have service done than wait for hours at a time. It’s not worth the hassle.

Loved my experience purchasing my new 4 Runner. Mike Laurin was absolutely amazing! Professional, and took his time to show me all around the vehicle after the vehicle purchase and made sure I was satisfied and had no more questions. Would highly recommend Greenville Toyota

Sales associate Jerome was very friendly, respectful, informative and never pushy. The buying process was completely done in 40 minutes! No back and forth haggling, I expressed my thoughts on the price and we came to an agreement quickly. No trying to add extra costs during documentation phase of the purchase either! It really was a pleasure working with the Greenville Toyota team!

Service department was very prompt in performing our 70k mile maintenance despite the fact they had several appointments for the day. I received a courtesy text informing me that the work had been completed and I could pickup the car any time. This Prius is our third Greenville Toyota vehicle and we have always had great service from this dealership!

The service was great, the advisor was awesome, the timeframe was great, but what is extremely annoying is how you get bombarded with emails and text messages to leave a review after the service. If they stop doing that, they’ll get more stars for sure.
