“Friendly and accommodating staff who treat you as though you are their top priority to serve. Clean and spacious rooms that smell fresh. Easy, free parking, and the location is close to ECU. The hot breakfast is by far the most plentiful I've seen at a Holiday Inn and their 24/7 coffee machine was so helpful when had to wake up early after a long night of travel. Will definitely stay here again and, based on our experience with this hotel, we sought out other Holiday Inn Express hotels in NC during the rest of our trip.”

“Nice rooms, quiet. Has laundry & fitness room, also a back patio with 2 gas grills which i noticed were cleaned. King bed was very comfortable, appliances where nice..not the newest but nice. TV guide in the room is a big plus. Got my $ worth and exceeded my expectations.”

“I am currently staying at the Greenville NC. Holiday Inn Express,(traveled from. OHIO) staying here because it's near hospital and my sister WAS IN TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT- ICU. I'm traveling with a handicapped husband who is medically complicated. We were here for 5 days, and then as we got ready to leave there is a weather travel advisory for the area of our stopover going home., we need get another room, for a few more days, and Tasha /or Tarsha? At front desk was so helpful in helping us, with a late checkout , and got us into the next reservation for a different room ,smoothly. Housekeeping was so helpful too. In the changing of rooms e dropped our diabetes meter, they got it back to our room safely.The hotels breakfast area is good, allows you to get out of the room and be in a little more open environment while staying here. Please thank all the staff for the job they are doing.”

“I have stayed here multiple times and it’s become my go to hotel in the area.
Staff are very friendly and location is terrific.
Rooms are updated within the past 10 years but not ultra modern. All furnishings are functional and of good quality. Beds are amazing between firm and soft.
Water pressure is good (average but not amazing).
For improvement, rooms still have carpet and a wall AC. Some door hinges could use tightening.”

“The rooms were clean their were no bedbugs however we were disappointed to see it was actually a motel not a hotel as we thought. The bathroom did have water damage by the tub but everything else was good. Breakfast was good they had microwaveable sausage sandwiches, yogurt, cheerios, and a make your own waffle station.The pool was closed when we went. The check in lady made me pretty uncomfortable with her statements and questions but that was all the staff interaction I had.”

“Hilton Greenville was a perfect choice for this little biz trip. Stayed 5 nights and never had one thing that was an issue. Rooms are super clean all common areas follow that same theme. The entire staff was amazing and helpful whenever I had a question. I will totally stay here in the future.”
