This location has fallen off. This is the third I’ve received overcooked fries and an excessively greasy burger. This last time wasn’t even the right order.

I am not sure what is going on at this location . Called in a takeout order and was made to pay over the phone (was told i could pay when i arrived). Food was picked up and I had the worst food ever from HWY 55. Their food is usually consistent. But tonight the burgers were super cold hard and dry. One burger only had cheese, other toppings left off. Shrimp burger was over cooked and burnt. What happened to this place? This location has gone down hill. Had to throw it all the food away. A waste of money. Wasnt able to speak with anyone as they were preparing to close when order was picked up. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!.

Ordered a GRILLED chicken tender meal to eat on break. when I got to work it was FRIED chicken tenders instead. Ok . No problem. I attempted to eat the chicken tenders and they were hard as hell and had no taste to them. I called the store and the cashier ended up giving the phone to the cook. I told the cook my problem and she told me I couldn’t get a refund so I would have to bring the food back and get it remade.with me working 12 hrs and night shift it’s no way I would have been able to make it in time for closing. And then what do I look like saving it for the next day when it’s definitely going to be hard?? I usually check my food before I leave a place but I was in a hurry this time because of work. NEVERRRR again.

I ordered a Chicken Philly with fries and a sweet tea. I get to this location and they give me a lemonade. I told them it was a tea. So I paid for a tea and got that. So I was charged for a tea and lemonade that I didn’t even want but I let it go. Then I get home to eat my food and I don’t have any fries. I called back and asked if I could pick the fries up another day and LAURA tells me I have to come back today or tomorrow. They get my order wrong and I have to come back when they say? 0/10. They need to listen better.

1900 W. Arlington Blvd Greenville NC Ordered Online. Mr. Beast. Prepaid! Order was ASAP as I was bringing it to child who was at the hospital waiting for his mother to get out of surgery. There were many problems that evening. They were promptly addressed by management. They reached out to me and said they were going to work on fixing the problems. A pleasant surprise as Mr. Beast responded and refunded the order. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but I think that they responded promptly. It says a lot to me about the Mr. Beast brand and this establishment.

The good the food was tasty and the server was friendly. The bad only one employee had a shirt that would show she worked there. The cook was wearing a white t-shirt. Also the service was slow.

Customer service is trash. The first time I went in an employee was yelling out the price of a customer’s order. The second time I went in to pick up an order another employee was sitting in the barstool with her head laying down on the counter. Not to mention I told her the name for the order, waited 20 minutes for it, she came back and asked for the name again and went on to say she doesn’t see the order. I said it was a third party/ghost kitchen order and then said she saw it which means that the order hadn’t even been started on and she hadn’t checked before I had been waiting for 20 minutes already. This happened the first time as well. If third party and ghost kitchen orders are a part of the restaurants operations they need to be checked for as well.

The restaurant was not busy.We sat down and noticed the table was dirty.I had to ask for it to be wiped off.The service was okay.The food was good, but I was really surprised when I got my bill.I’ve never had to pay extra at any of the Hwy 55’s to have my cheeseburger made the way I wanted it.I asked for mayo, chili, onions and pickles.I was charged extra for onion’s and chili. I think this is ridiculous!The ladies restroom needed major attention and repairs!One stall was missing the toilet seat so I tried the handicap stall and that toilet was full of toilet paper and urine! It would not flush!Really disappointing experience….

This young woman was helping the cook and touching every order that came out without gloves. Then touching money, pens, and every surface possible and going back to touch more food without gloves. They make you pay for your order over the phone. When I asked for a refund due to this unsanitary waitress/host I was denied. She never l washed her hands before making drinks especially OA. I asked to get my food remade and spoke with the cook that WAS wearing gloves. MS.Lady with the purple hair had an attitude rolling her eyes, wouldn’t bag my food or hand anything to me. She snatched the receipt aggressively and when I asked for straws she wouldn’t hand them to me. I was a waitress at this same location and I know every sanitary procedure that’s supposed to be followed. Not one met. Including their hair their hair not being pulled up especially while cooking. The male cook was the only one following protocol. Won’t be eating here ever again. I should not have to patrol my food.

Forgot fries and a drink.Created the burgers not to order.Refused to refund the milkshakes they were unable to provide.The cashier answered all requests with hostility and the manager literally left me mid sentence to answer a call on her cellphone.When she completed the call she remained across the room from me and even made eye contact but did not return to finish our conversation.I called and attempted to discuss a refund while returning to work only for the cashier to set the phone on the counter and not return to it by the time I made it back to work. I could hear people talking and walking around but was not helped in the ten-twelve minutes I was on "hold"I just want the money back that I paid for the milkshakes they did not have.And honestly I'd get it if I had some attitude or something but I was nothing but polite, patient, and calm. I was respectful to them throughout the entire event so I'm unsure why it had to be such a difficult situation.I have the receipt number and everything if anyone knows how I can get a refund for the milkshakes.
