10/10. He's really simple. Pay rent on time and keep your rental in good shape, you won't hear a peep. He was quick to respond when our HVAC had an issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommend Jesse Allen to anyone in the area.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Mr. Allen over the past five years. He was always approachable, friendly, and truly an outstanding property manager. Thank you, Mr. Allen, for giving us the opportunity to rent while we worked toward purchasing our own home.
