This is not the only time this has happened but I Went to the 10st Lowe’s to return/question on returning a garden sprayer I bought 6 months ago and the item doesn't work, two employees at customer service had a conversation while I stood there waiting, then she took a phone call, when I asked if I could return the sprayer she kept saying “normally we don’t” then she came up with a 90 day rule. Whatever happened to customers first. Why sell junk! All about making money and selling junk to profit.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean and organized. Their inventory matched the website/App. I also appreciate the pet-Friendly atmosphere.

Poor assistance consistently… went there twice recently on 2 occasions. Items were not put under advertised prices… an issue at check out. Then a Christmas item had a huge 50%off on it clearly matching item, but rang up full price and checkout attendant said it’s not on sale. I gave up and left. I m so sad that Home Depot closed?. They were awesome.

Went for UTV for a Christmas gift for my father-in-law! Customer service tried to sell an overly used one Axis 500 that has a dead battery and missing features, trash filled and dirt on the tires. No one has any details to help find and completed the sale of one. We had to drive around to find that the other store lied about having them in stock! Loss of almost $9000 purchase ?

We purchased an extended warranty for the Maytag washing machine we purchased at Lowe's in Greenville, NC. When it stopped working, a repairman came to our house, said the machine needed a new board, that he would order one, and it should arrive within ten days. That was in late November. It's now after Christmas and we have gotten nothing despite repeated attempts to get the service done. We finally paid a local repairman to repair the machine for $150, but we're still out the $300 we paid Lowe's for a useless service warranty. Naturally, we won't be making any more purchases from Lowe's.
