Picked out suit, got fitted for a tux for my son's senior prom, pants was high waters, couldn't even button up vest, barely could the jacket, was all back, 3 different colors, a darn disaster, even shoes was leaned over, now got to wait 3 or 4 weeks for a refund on money back in a check....

I just want to touch base when it comes to good customer service. First when someone enters your store being I am a potential customer a greeting would be nice. I walked into this particular store and you would have thought I walked into a morgue. Absolutely no customer service and mind you I was only there for less than 10 minutes I felt when I walked in this was not the place for me to spend my hard earned money. I immediately left and went to David’s Bridal where I was greeted with a hi, how may I help you? That is all it takes until someone can wait on you when you are sooo busy!!!! And believe it or not this was my first time going to a Men’s Warehouse and probably my last! First impressions are everything to me!

I went there for to buy my son a suit. The people there very helpful in finding a suit to fit my son. My son is big and tall man and they help to find the perfect suit for him. They made alterations and had the suit ready for us before the day we needed it. The employee made us feel welcome, comfortable, and answered the questions that we had. The suit fit him perfectly. We thank Men's Wearhouse for their help.

I can't our girls name, when we got someone to help us, but worst customer service of my life. I do believe had we had someone else it would have been a totally different experience. We were ready to buy too but since she was literally no help at all i purchaed online.

Brian was extremely helpful. Came in thinking I was a few sizes too big, got an accurate sizing and walked out with the coat I wanted and a new tie, all within 10 minutes of talking.the

I wouldn't waste my time with mens wearhouse.I had to make multiple trips to the Greenville NC store for what should have been three trip at most. The largest issue is the lack of employee competency, savanna, was terrible. Bryan, who might have been a manager tried to solve the issues and did for the most part. My suit that I purchased through MW was fitted and sent for alterations when it returned nothing fit as it should have and savanna said it was fine, I asked for another employees opinion and was told that the jacket and pants both needed more alterations. Savanna was rude and appeared to not know how to size or mark for alterations and needed other employees assistance throughout our interaction. Bryan could see my frustration when I went outside for a break, Bryan was able to get my measurements and promised my suit by 9/13/23. On the 14th one of my groomsmen picked up the wedding party suits. The suits of two of the party needed additional alterations and my jacket and pants were not there. Back to MW I go where I get the groomsmen's suits fixed but am told my suit wasn't in the store or ready. The suit is finally ready around noon on the 15th. I tell all of this to warn to try to go somewhere else for dress and rental needs. I have no plans to ever spend money at MW again unless I don't have a choice due to another wedding party.This was the review I sent to corporate mens wearhouse but they said it didn't meet their standards for publishing.

Nothing in stock so, when you go you have to order. When the item comes in you have to be sized and come back a third and then maybe you will be able to get the item. If you are coming from out of town that's 3 trips or maybe even 4. So, we left and went to Brooks Brothers in Smithfield got 4 suits the same day to take home and they had a awesome sale on the suits. Great experience at that store.

I had an appointment to get fitted. I walked in and told them but they wanted me to scan a QR code to check in. I refuse to do anything connected to my phone in order to buy a suit, especially when I could just have a conversation like a human instead. I decided to go somewhere more professional that actually will talk to people instead of hide behind electronics.

Not organized at all. Went there for simple measurements for grandson they couldn't tell us since we were number 3 where the line was who was next nothing!!! Management is much needed. Very poor management!!!

I went to this store for my first ever Men's Wearhouse experience, looking to buy my wedding suit. I had no expectations, and yet they were vastly exceeded! The selection was great, and while the price may have been high, it was well worth it. I received the best help from Mr. Lee Grimes. He was so honest and down to earth, telling me straight forward if something looked good or not. It didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale, but rather trying to make a connection & help me have the best possible experience.

Went here to find some pants for a casual night out it was kind of late and we were the only ones in the store guys in there stared at us constantly as we looked around very uncomfortable and awkward experience as we went to use the dressing rooms we got stares from the entire staff one gentlemen even came near the dressing room and acted as if he was doing something in the area and as as soon as we walked off he walked off in the same direction. Not sure if he thought we were trying to steal but this was no way to treat a paying customer we were out of there in less than 10 mins super super uncomfortable mostly likely will not be returning
