My monthly fee went up but the service went down. It worked great at first but service has been shoddy for the past few months, the Internet keeps buffering or going in and out. Constantly says check internet connection. I thought service was suppose to get better with price increases.

Tuesday, March 12th. a group of Metronet contractors trespassed on my property. They dug up 4 feet holes in several areas in my front lawn without my permission. I filmed them, their truck and license plate. When my son went out to speak with them, only one spoke English. They not only destroyed my yard but also cut my current Spectrum cable in half in 3 places, leaving me without my own service. I am filing charges. Today, a man in a Metronet work truck drove by and slowed down to look at the flags Spectrum put up for when they come back to repair the damage, and the driver sped up when he realized I was filming him. If anyone from Metronet comes onto my property again I am calling the police. Spectrum revealed that Metronet does this all the time. Please tell your manager that I will have anyone from Metronet arrested if they return to my property and I now have video surveillance cameras up watching for them.

I don't know where to start. ALL TECHS SHOULD MASK UP BEFORE ENTERING the SOMEONE'S HOME CONSIDERING HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY COME IN CONTACT WITH. My tech got within a foot of my face and I have been flat on my back now for a week and am off to the doctors. I'm a high risk person and it was too late to grab my mask! Not a happy camper. I'll update once the line burial occurs.*********""*****JUST LEFT DOCTOR'S OFFICE, ITS F'NG COVID. THANKS METRONET. IM HIGH RISK BECAUSE I AM A HEART PATIENT. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE INFECTED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES, I HAVE A MIND TO RIP THE INTERNET OUT. HAVING TO GO SPEND A FORTUNE ON MEDS!!!!!**************************I have a further comment. No one talked about system requirements for installing the Internet in my house. Nor did anyone mention they would have to drill into the house.After all was said and done, my laptop cannot load emails nor apps because I don't have enough disc space after their program was uploaded to my laptop and phone. I'm unwilling to go out and purchase a new system to accommodate Metronet soI will be cancelling their service first thing Monday.morning. Thanks Metronet

Derrick was highly professional and very knowledgeable about everything he was installing. He took the time to explain what every piece of equipment was for and made sure everything was running at optimum speed before he left.

Got them set up at my grandparents house, so far everything is working just fine, they included a nice eero router with our basic plan and so far no outages thought out the year.

So far so good on the service side of things. Speeds pretty good. Not quite where they are supposed to be for what I am paying. The customer service I received so far has been absolutely spectacular. I have high hopes for this company!

Metronet very good service. Technician was polite and fast and made sure I was getting what the speed was set at.Very good better that optimum.

So I was moving and called to cancel my internet services on Dec 11th I was told that I would get an email with instructions on how to return equipment. I was told that I would be refunded for the month of Dec. A month later and 4 more calls I finally got the email and returned the equipment the next day. I was charged again for January $82 when the equipment had been unhooked since December 11th. I asked for the January and December payment to be refunded since the service was not in use and I had called to cancel and never received the email. They only gave a refund for 1 month of January even though they never sent the email. The instructions could had been given to me over the phone 1 of the times I called but were not. They make it hard for you to cancel so they can get another payment watch out.
