Love Michael's, but the coupons they send in email or are advertised on their site never seem to work. Im always told guess its not for these items, but no one ever looks into it. Coupon says 25% off anything in store, so I drive 65 miles and nothing again. Gets frustrating.

It is a well lit store. It is open and clean. Considering it is the day before Christmas, I felt like it was stocked really well. The employees are friendly, too.
