“My daughter and I went inside Verizon today very frustrated about our new service. Phones we purchased online were not working correctly and we had spent a week going between stores and speaking online and over the phone with Verizon. Tameka met us with a smile and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly with us as we spoke to 4 different people over the phone. After more than two hours the issues were finally resolved and we felt like we had made a friend. The customer service Tameka gave us is rare these days, but the Verizon store on Red Banks gave me some hope today!”

“I went in for an iPad. I was greeted by Malinda Jackson, She was very helpful and ended up getting the iPad she told me everything I needed to know about it. She was also very talkative and kept us entertained. When we ran into a problem she fixed it very fast. She was very fast and didn’t take up much of our time. Highly recommend her if your looking to buy a phone or any electronic from us cellular”
