They just changed the entire check out area around to maximize customer inconvenience. I can only assume it's to force people to use their online approach which they are busy building an extension for.

I waited for over an hour for my pick up order. I called and went inside, there was no Manger working! What in the world is going on. In my video you can see all thr workers standing around talking, while paid customers struggle to get help! Please close this store and start over. Doesn't deserve the 1 star!

I would give 0 star if available. Rude register manager at self checkout. Price rang up different than what I scanned on my Walmart scanner (had t to use scanner because Price was not marked on shelf). I brought the price discrepancy to the register attendance attention and she said that was the online price and if I wanted it for that price I would have to purchase it online. She proceeded to take it out of my cart. I told her I didn't have time to go through the online process as I needed the item now and it was the only one left. I paid the extra $13 for item. I asked for a gift receipt and didn't get my receipt and asked the attendant could she print me one and she said I would have to go to customer service. That line had over 10 people in it so that was not an option. Manager was rude and of no help and told me I had an attitude. What happened to the "customer is always right?" I just wanted what the price scanned for and my gift receipt. Funny how an item in same store costs more if I take the time to get it off shelf than if I have an employee shop for me and I pick it up later. Stupid concept...will never shop this Walmart again!

Pee all over the floor in the bathrooms. Urinals bagged up and the bags filled with pee from people peeing on top of the bags. Absolutely disgusting.

I picked up a candy apple to buy as a treat to myself. Walked with it for a few seconds until i noticed a german roach scurry off of the candy apple packaging and onto my hand. Last I saw it, it was crawling up my jacket sleeves. I still don't know if i was able to shake it off or if it's still in my clothes. They also never have carts or enough stock, or clean bathrooms, or clean anything. Go to any other Walmart, please.

I have been shopping at this Wal-Mart for years because of the convenience...lately when I arrive at 6:00am(which is when the store opens) the doors are not open and the employees just walk by me like it's not 6:10am..I ask them when the doors are going to open and they would say when the employees get the money counted...Very rude employees...the doors should be open at 6am like it says on the doors. Tuesday morning when I arrived at 6am and the doors we not open..One of the employees came out and said that the hours had changed to 7am on Tuesdays(which it is listed at 6am on the website) This is the nasties store and the employees are very rude...you may find 1 or 2 employees that will speak but the rest just walk around with a chip on their shoulders...if only this store was like the one on 10th street maybe there would not be so many complaints....

It's Wal-Mart and students are going back to ECU so I set the bar LOW. The shelves in certain areas were bare. We found most of what we needed. The issue we had was the number of people hanging out in front of the store. Clear them out. My teenage daughter was looking at tank tops. Some old fool on a shopping buggy accosted her! I went to get a shopping cart and there was a wait for more to be brought in from outside. By the time I found get back to her I see some strange man talking to her. He asked if I was her mom. Then motored away. As soon as my daughter told me what he was saying I went to look for him to report him to security. I never saw him again. We finished our shopping and got out of there. Walk out the Exit side through a bunch of people standing around. The workers we saw were stocking or cleaning. They were using leaf blowers to clean under shelves and then sweeping up the floors. Good job on trying to keep the store near.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews, this is a scary place even during the day. I have been met by multiple very dirty sad looking people that I assume are homeless hanging in the parking lot asking for money and checking your vehicle out after I walked away. I am handicapped so for once I can say it comes in handy because I get to park at the front. The store is dirty and poorly stocked. The ladies in clothing will answer your question if you don't interfere in their conversation with each other. The college age kids are so disinterested but one black young man that works at the register was delightful. He is tall, very well groomed and goes to the community college. I wish I could remember his name. I can never get a scooter or when I do it is not charged. I see the scooters being played with and on by kids out in the store. Sad!!!! I pay for walking in the store within a few minutes due to a birth defect in my back that has required a large surgery and procedures since i was eleven.

Third world. Stay away, always have only one register open. I reported a safety hazard and they basically laughed at me.

As i prepare to write this review i feel like I'm still shaking as when i pulled into the parking lot. This is one of the scariest places i ever been. The mean looking creatures in the parking to the customers had me shaking like scooby do when he saw the monsters :( The workers were scary and were grilling me down like a hamburger on the grill on a hot summer. I couldn't wait to get out of this place as i felt like i was in a Saw movie waiting to play a game.

I've been a regular at this location for years before they ever opened the newer Walmart. From high school through college, I can say that this location has not change too much, aside from the security stations in the parking lot. That says a few things. This store does pretty well with being stocked, but the deal breaker just may be customer service. I won't speak on all of the associates because that's generalizing, but you have a few good ones that still believe that it's the associates that really make the trip memorable. And you have a few there that are just there for the money, typically a few of the younger crowd. And I get it, it's a job, and the pay has increased back from my days working at Walmart, but at the end of the day you were still selected to represent a company that's paying you to do so. Other than that, it's a frequent of college kids so depending on what time of the year you go you can expect the shelves to be cleared out or a lot of congestion. It's still an overall decent store with adequate lighting, and pretty packed parking. It's in the heart of Greenvile so, you know. I can't recommend or not recommend; your call.

I was this location this morning and when you go the bakery they offer a free cookie to kids. Well the female named Yvette when asked for a cookie she was rude and was not very professional in my eyes. The associated need to be more professional when dealing with a child. Now keep in mind my son was very nice and asked nicely with please and thank you. To top it all off she put her fingernail I to the cookie also. I'm not happy at all
