“I truly like these guys here! They are very friendly and explain things to you when you need them explained. I had my oil changed and my Inspection done there and I have no complaints what so ever. The process was quick and easy and the guys actually provided service with a smile. I felt comfortable not like they were going to try to hit me over the head with unnecessary items, or try to take advantage of my being a female like some other places I have gone to. And they will drive your car in the bay if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, like me. If something needed replacing or was close to needing to be replaced they showed it to me and explained what was wrong. They showed me my air filter that was blacker than my tires so it definitely needed replacing, and my wipers are still good for now but I should consider replacing them before the fall. This is a good group of guys. Go see them!”

“This was my first time here, and I got an oil change & inspection. Everyone was very friendly & helpful, it wasn't a long wait, plus they have a great waiting area with wifi & drink machine. So, I would recommend them.? Also want to say that the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they stopped giving a free car wash when you get an oil change, and I feel that if I pay a lot of money (especially for an all synthetic oil change), they should at least give a free basic wash or a discount. Evidently the new owners are the reason for it, so that's a shame.”
“I took my daughter’s car to Brileys because she was hearing a faint popping sound sometimes when she would turn. They checked the cv axles, ball joints, tie rods, rack and pinion and everything else that it could be after driving it a couple time to finally duplicate the sounds. They said they found nothing wrong with any of the above or any other suspension or steering components. They kept the car all day which was fine because we dropped it off, and drove it 2 or 3 times to try to find a problem. They put it on the lift and inspected everything and found there was no noticeable issue at this time. When Chance called me and told me it was perfectly safe to drive, and to let them know if we continue to hear anything unusual or it get worse to bring it back and they will check it again, I expected to hear the cost. After all that, I was told that there was no charge. This is why I continue to go to Brileys and support a business who does not try to make needless repairs just to get money out of people. I’ve always trusted them and will continue to and give them my business. Thank you guys!”
“Not familiar with the area and need your car repaired? Johnny's Tire is the shop for you! We have a college student at ECU who had a flat tire today that needed to be replaced. Ricky was extremely understanding and helpful. My son was in and out within 30 minutes. I am a retired high school teacher and coach living in Winston Salem who now works at an honest, family owned local tire and automotive shop. My son was very fortunate to have Ricky and his staff take such good care of him when he was in need today. I really appreciate what they did. It is great to know there are honest, fair, and dependable folks like Johnny's Tire in Greenville taking care of first time customers off the street just as good as longtime, regular, and local customers.
