“I switched my prescriptions and my daughter who is TD1 a month ago from Walgreens Pharmacy. This place is Godsent. Everyone is SO kind and helpful. It's amazing what a caring pharmacy can do for you. I was so use to Walgreens doing what they wanted to and treating me like they wanted to and at their mercy sometimes for life saving medicines. Realo has not had one issue with our insurance and getting what we need. SO happy for this amazing change. Thank you!”

“This is hands down the best pharmacy I've used. The pharmacists are super personable and treat you like an actual person. If I was better with names, I would call them out individually, but EVERYONE there is just so great. They are great with prices, great with refill speed, great with communication if anything arises, etc. I would wholly recommend Genoa over any other pharmacy. Especially over the big corporate guys. 5 stars”
“This shopping center has a Bowen Cleaners, the DMV, a Food Lion and Walgreens that I’ve used. There’s also a Starbucks, a hair salon, Angus grill, Chinese restaurant and some other food places I haven’t gone to. The center is a convenient location on a busy corner but there’s still easy access to get in the shopping center. The parking lot is big and well lit. It does get very busy here though because of the DMV and grocery store. The grocery store always seems to be running out of everything on the weekend so I’d say that’s not a good time to go unless you want crowds. This Bowen is my favorite dry cleaners in town. They are courteous and reasonable prices. This is a good shopping center though. I’m only here when I need the DMV or dry cleaning though.”
“I have been doing my grocery for the several years here. They are clean and have friendly staff. The produce is fresh and good quality. I tried some other local grocery stores but no one can beat them when it comes to price and quality. This added with convenience of the Walmart app and easy checkout makes me come back to the store”

If you leave your name and number, they will call you back. The service I have received from Healthwise Pharmacy has been competent, knowledgeable and caring.
They will deliver the meds to you, even the compounding pharmacy is awesome, I was on Vancomicyn for 7 weeks during Covid, my meds were always delivered ahead of time, along with all the supplies for my PICC line.
I agree that it is hard to get through at times but leave a message or call back.
When you are nice and polite, those you are dealing with will be nice and polite also!????”

“I am beyond impressed with the staff at the CVS Pharmacy located at the Target in Greenville, NC. I came in as a first time customer and due to some error in my prescription, I was not able to get it filled at the time. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get the information needed, however, due to the doctor office who wrote the script being closed, they were unable to do much. They were so caring and considerate of my needs-actions that I am so truly grateful for. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned...and when you have staff that are still willing to put in an effort and help you out regardless, it helps make the situation so much better and less stressful.”
“First time using this pharmacy. I came straight from the hospital to fill my prescription and made it inside with only minutes to spare before closing. Despite getting there right at closing time the team treated me with the upmost respect and filled my prescription even taking the time to fully explain my medication and it's effects. Again despite being closing time I never once felt rushed or treated like a bother and that means a lot. Thanks again Negeria (,I hope I spelled that correctly) and team for being so great!”

It would be wise for this pharmacy to do everything that they can to hold onto these two, because people like this are insanely rare to come by.”
“Donna Joyner who works in pharmacy went above and beyond to assist me with locating a medication that is currently on backorder. None of the Walmarts had it in stock in Greenville. Donna looked in other cities and located two locations out of town that had it in stock. She was very kind, empathetic and patient. Not to mention professional and efficient. I was able to fill my prescription .”

“I really don’t know about the problems other people have had but I have had a totally different experience.
I have no complaints. I have a couple of prescriptions that I have had a lot of trouble with at different Pharmacies.
On more than one occasion the pharmacist said they had it when they didn,t. On more than one occasion I went a week or so after I had run out.
I have had such problems with this Walgreens. 100% of the time my prescription was in when they said it would be. One time I got a partial fill but was able to pick up the prescription the next day.”

“Fantastic customer service! Greeted every time I walk in to the store and if I can't find a product the employees actually walk me to it. The store is always clean and the pharmacist people will take the time to explain things to you. When I shop at this CVS, I don't feel like a number... I feel like a valued customer and to me that makes the difference. Highly recommend this location. I also want to point out that this store has undercover police working security and I feel safe. The other day I saw a person stealing a bunch of stuff and the undercover people caught him and arrested the person quietly. How much better can a store be??”

“The pharmacist at this location (corner of Firetower Road and Charles Blvd), Dr Sufyan, has really been very helpful in helping me resolve an insurance/discount matter that I had been having for the longest time. He literally went above and beyond his duties, speaking with 2 different agencies and myself, to settle what has been a very lengthy and frustrating matter for me. Despite my numerous phone calls to him, he was always patient and gave great advice on what steps I needed to take to fix the problem. I have to thank him so much for all his efforts and patience in helping me with this.”

“My daughter was released from the hospital today. She was given three prescriptions to get filled. She uses this Walgreens because she is a student at ECU. I went there to pick these up. There was a problem with one of them. Something to do with the coding. The pharmacist was unable to fill it the way it was. I was almost in a panic. This was the main medicine she needed. By now it’s 7:40 at night. I started calling the hospital. To my surprise the pharmacist (I think his name was Noah??? I hope that is correct!) had called the hospital too. Long story he was able to get it all straight and had me out the door in 20 minutes with all prescriptions filled. He could have easily just blown me off, but he took the time to take the extra step! He doesn’t realize the stress I was under and he helped me. I’m a customer for life because of his act of kindness.”
