I brought my 6-month-old in for ear piercing, and the whole experience at Banter was fantastic. The staff was warm, patient, and incredibly gentle, which made me feel completely at ease. The piercing process was fast, clean, and so easy—my baby barely reacted! Everything was explained clearly, and aftercare instructions were super helpful. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly it all went. Highly recommend Banter for anyone looking for a safe, professional, and friendly piercing experience!

Todd and Miss were awesome with my daughter's piercing. They took extra time together to make sure that the holes were going to be even and in a good spot. Definitely recommend!!

Antonio gave excellent customer service and had patience as we tried to get the perfect position for a second piercing for my daughter. It was a great experience, far better than her first ear piercing. I highly recommend going to see him!
