Most of the employees who work there need to find another job-because they are just taking up space. They don’t answer questions, have horrible attitudes, never answer the phone. The people who actually need help definitely don’t get it; they give help to those who don’t need it. This is ridiculous and if zero was an option I would give them that and the fact this has been going on so long with so many complaints without anything being done the people running the department need to be replaced as well because it shows they don’t care and don’t do their jobs either

I had to give a star but in reality I wish I could have given 0 stars. I requested information on where to get a flu vaccine for children in Pitt County. I explained that CVS will not do give the vaccine because of age limitations and because we recently moved here and are still waiting for their medical records to be transferred their pediatricians office will not give them a vaccine either. The response I received was "We don't have them. I do know. You will have to call around. I don't even get the flu vaccine so I don't know." When I asked to be transferred to a nurse the response was "I can't transfer you. You will need to call around." I am highly disappointed in the lack of care and attention concerning in this matter. I am appalled by the clerks nonchalant and dismissive attitude toward community public health.
