Service was Fast,Pleasant attended, the Only thing I had Issue with is Leaving my Urine test in a Plastic tote at the Front desk (unsupervised test Drops can be Tampered with,No secure chain of events. If the Attended doesn't accept the Test & place it in a Secure location,ANYONE can Tamper with a Sample ??

The worst company I have ever used my life. I wouldn't have my test done at my Walmart because they wanted to charge me to come directly to their office but it was free if I went through Walmart.... I understand why now. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days before I get my test results it's been 13 days... ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOW.And when you call the local number absolutely, so when I call the corporate number I'm not even in the system.Worst place ever.

Sandhya was so sweet!! I’m an extremely hard stick but she was so patient and only had to stick me twice which is pretty uncommon for me! The office is very clean and everyone works so well together. I was in and out in no time. I only didn’t give five stars because the signage is almost non-existent from the road but thankfully google maps led the way lol.

Went in on 8/4 no wait time I am a very hard stick...Kenyatta took her time applied heat packs after she stuck me the last time I was able to give 5 1/2 tubes of blood...Kenyatta is awesome!!

Tried telephone/computer appt creator, system kept hanging up on me. 3weeks later, I have 5 letters the same day(Friday) and the following Thurs get a Vidant Hospital bill for almost $900 with No confirmation on appt(s). So unprofessional/scam business.

I’ve been here twice in a month and worked with both Sandhya and Samantha. Both of them were professional, kind, and very efficient. They explained the process, billing, and even helped me take care of a scheduling issue. Finally- the second time I had a brief issue that they went above and beyond to help me with. I can’t stress enough how great this has been for labs. This place is substantially underrated simply because people are walking in and not setting up appointments or they’re not understanding how labs work.

This place is small the staff is so slow. I've been here almost 2 hours. It's better to make an appointment. I wish the doctor I see used some where else.

This place is horrible. Nobody at front desk. Touch screen check in only. Small waiting room so best to wait outside. Signage to find office is inadequate. I won't be back.

A few years ago I went there to get blood tests done, was just over $400, went back and the doctor requested the same test be taken, this time I was quoted over $500, then received a bill for 3x that amount. When asking why and telling them what I was told they said there’s nothing they can do. Thieves

Well there was like a 35 minute wait when I got to the place and you have to sign in via a tablet instead of someone at the check in desk waiting to check you in. I must say though however that I'm giving this place 3 stars for the fact that the nurse who gave me the shot (Renee) was sooo very nice and welcoming. She apologized for the wait but immediately when I was called back she made me feel at ease and accurately checked my information in the computer to make sure my name, address, and insurance information was right. The shot I was given was over after about a minute and a half. Renee was the best thing about that place!

Takes for ever!! Only three people here in the waiting room and one person in the back and we have all been waiting for over 30 minutes. I get it, people are short staffed, but this lady is in no rush at all to see us. I haven't even seen her since I walked in, only hear her in the back laughing

It literally took me longer to write this review than to get in-and-out. The phlebotomist, Ms. Renee’ is very professional and helpful. She is also super friendly, gentle, and makes giving blood feel painless .

I have absolutely never been so angry in my entire life, and that is saying a lot as I consider myself to be a very calm person. My husband and I got our Covid tests done on Thursday June 17th in order to be able to go on a big family reunion trip we’ve been planning for 6 months. Our flight was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning, so we thought we had plenty of time to get our tests back. (The country we planned to fly to has regulations stating the covid test had to have been administered within 72 hours of the flight or you won’t be accepted I to the country) I received my test back on Friday night, which was great. However, my husband never received his. Saturday night came around and we were panicking. This company has NO OPTION to contact them over the weekend. We tried chatting online, calling the Greenville location, we even DROVE to their office to see if we could talk to someone… nothing. We ended up having to cancel our entire trip, which was devastating to both of us as we haven’t seen our family in a very long time as we live across the country from them. We won’t be able to see them until December now that we weren’t able to reunite this week. It is now Tuesday and my husband STILL has not received his Covid test????? I’ve tried calling the Greenville office twice yesterday and this morning and I STILL have yet to talk to an actual person. I am incredibly livid, I have never experienced such horrific customer service.
