Received a follow up phone call from Safelite in regard to a quote I requested online. The customer representative answered all of my questions which led me to booking an appointment at this location the next day. Isaiah called the same day to confirm my appointment and answer any additional questions. Safelite does a great job of sending emails and texts about how to properly prepare for your appointment. When I arrived, they opened on time at 8AM and took my car in. Alexander, my technician, completed the work with no issues in a timely manner.

Great place to get your windshield replaced. Top notch job! They were all kind, courteous, and professional. I sat in the lobby and waited where it was warm, quiet and peaceful. They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and finished in a timely manner. Hope I don’t need another windshield replacement again BUT I WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK TO SAFELITE AUTO GLASS IN GREENVILLE if I do!!

Very poor experience. GEICO uses them as an expedited repair shop. I followed their advice. I won't do that again. First replacement windshield came in broken. When we went to the second appointment, the windshield wasn't there. OK...this is getting silly. They were going to order another one and make things right. No worries. Things happen.Third attempt. Dropped the car off to have the windshield replaced. Got a call that it was ready and to go see Justin to pay for it. Fantastic, right? The gentleman on the phone then shared that they threw away the mount for the dash cam. I was like...what?!? He answered...yes sir. The adhesive came off of it. OK. I can take a piece of 3M tape and remount it. He said that they no longer have it. Sure you do. It is in the trash can. Long story short. I now get to order a replacement mount for my dash cam all because the adhesive came off when they removed it. Personally, I think that is what is supposed to happen. Unbelievable that they threw it away. 3M tape would have made things right with the world. Granted, it is a round piece of metal. Point is...it is absolutely necessary to remount the dash cam.I guess I am lucky that they didn't throw away my rear view mirror. I am pretty sure the adhesive came off of that too. I am going to call the local insurance agent to let them know that they may want to reconsider their recommendations. Thanks Safelite for throwing away something that I own so I have to order a replacement to get things back in order. Also, I am still sore that the gentleman acted confused when I wanted it returned so I could add a piece of adhesive tape and remount my camera. An outstanding shop would have put some adhesive on it and remounted it in lieu of throwing it away. I am sure that the rear view mirror is glad that you remounted it in lieu of throwing it away.Car picked up, paid for, and I get to order a new mount.

All I wanted to do was speak to an actual person and for some reason Safelite just doesn’t have that option available. I have questions that don’t have to do with broken glass and I still cannot reach somebody. What kind of customer service is that?

Really, you should not come to this place. Your windshield will not last long and they will not honor their warranty! I had to pay over $1,000.00 again! If they come out and say this is a new damage that is it. You will be out of luck and will be forced to pay again for another bad quality windshield.

Don’t come here if you own a Tesla, they will lie right in your face about your car despite putting on their website they are “professionals” in repairing/replacing glass. Seen a few other reviews mentioning the same thing so I know it isn’t just me. You got people in here selectively choosing who they’ll service and who they won’t based off what they drive. I also didn’t appreciate the workers who were pointing at me, I guess my $60k car is above your pay grade. Will not be returning ever.

It appears Safelite does not want to work on Model 3s. First appointment the replacement glass was noticed to be “defective” after I had dropped my car off. Had to order another piece of glass. 1.5 weeks later dropped my car off for the second appointment and received another call that this piece was also “defective” and it would be another 1.5 weeks for a new piece. It seems some quality control processes need to be put in place to ensure the material they receive is not damaged. Safelite was unwilling to assist with any inconvenience for 2…with a possible 3 trips to their store and coordinating rides so the vehicle could be dropped off. Will never do business again.

Do NOT come here if you own a Tesla or any EV unless you want to be scammed out of money and treated like trash from the “techs”. Apparently these cars are too “risky” for them to have confidence to work on, yet your website advises your technicians are PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED in replacing Tesla windshields. If you don’t want to service Tesla owners JUST SAY THAT so I can give my money to someone who values me as a customer… A JOKE! Will be advising against Safelite to all of my friends and family!

This Safelite hires unprofessional and sketchy people. I made an appointment online days before for a windshield replacement, just to clarify. I pull up to the store with a Tesla Model 3, and IMMEDIATELY as I arrive I’m greeted with stares and smirks from the people standing around in the workshop bay. Already feeling a little odded out, I walked inside. I then had to wait over 10 MINUTES until someone came to the front to help me. Not sure why it took that long when clearly everyone saw me walk in. After waiting patiently, I’m greeted with THREE men coming out to “check out the damage” on my car. After a brief 5 second glance, I’m told that the damage may get worse with repairing it and that I would have to sign a WAIVER which would not hold them responsible if something “went wrong”… For more clarification, this crack was less than an inch in diameter. After being told this, the main sales rep suggests to me that I should upgrade my appointment plan to the premium service because it seems like I “needed a new windshield wiper system”. The other 2 men are just standing behind him with their arms crossed acting like this was some serious situation they’ve never seen before. At this point I already knew these guys were simply trying to take advantage of me due to the fact that I was in an Electric Vehicle, and probably thought I’d blindlessly follow their plan. To confirm my suspicions on the dot, a lady pulls up in a BRAND NEW lincoln navigator about 30 seconds after I said I would come back inside to let them know how I want to proceedd. She walked inside, and the SAME guy who tried to upcharge me walks out BY HIMSELF with her. Where did those other 2 guys go? Or were they just used as a prop to make my situation seem more “extreme”? I overlistened to them conversing and there was no mention of a waiver needing to be signed for her car. The respect and attentiveness was much higher for that lady versus how they treated me. Needless to say, Safelite didn’t get a DIME from me and I took the 2 hour drive up to Richmond to have it done professionally. A shame truly.I will not be returning to this store and I will absolutely not be referring anyone to get their glass repaired with Safelite, EV or not. Learn to treat your customers with common decency, makes your company look horrible.

I show up for my appointment to replace the back glass in my model 3. I'm told that they have the wrong glass and have to order the right one, but it typically only takes two days. I was told that I would be called once it came in. That was almost 2 weeks ago. No one has called, and no one will answer the phone when I call them. This is by far the worst customer service that I've ever experienced in my life.

Price went from $320 to $507 between when I was quoted a price and when I paid for the windshield install only a day later. First price quoted included new wipers... then (in the final quote) they added on for wipers (almost $100 parts and labor for wipers I could buy at Walmart for less than $10). Customer service rep talked over me (couldn't hear what I was saying because she wouldn't stop talking) the whole time when I called about the price discrepancy. She removed the wipers wiper install from the work order and my bill dropped to $440... Still $120 over the original quote without good reason. Safelite repairs, Safelite replace jingle? More like: Safelite baits, Safelite switches!

We dropped of our car at 930am. It was completed at 530pm. The front office was clean and the front desk representative was friendly. The work looks good. They were able to recalibrate the sensors on windshield.
