So ..... What happened to all of the black women that work at this location? Asking because, there's no one to go to for hair advice. And.....I mean.... Hello diversity? Are you there?

I went in tonight ( With Platinum hair) looking for a good shampoo. The lady who works there recommended me a “great shampoo” that turned my hair BLUE! Not just a blue tint, but BLUE. I didn’t even leave it on my hair for a full minute before i washed it out (3TIMES) I called as soon as i got out the shower & all she can say is to wash my hair.I went in knowing what i was looking for, yet I listened to a worker who steered me in a different direction because she said she used it herself.NOW, I have to drive a hour away to go to a friend’s salon so she can fix this mess, when i have never even been to a salon in my life. Now i have to go to work tomorrow morning with BLUE HAIR, in a leasing office seeing many faces. THANK YOU SALLYS WORKER, You should be FIRED for being SO unqualified to work in a HAIR STORE.

Says open until 8. Closed during the one of the busiest times of day. With a sign that says back in 30. Sitting in my car watching all of the potential business try and walk in.

This place is horrible and racist of white people. I hope to never ever go back there! They don’t give good advice. Each time I’ve gone they recommend products that turn my hair horrible brass orange. They do not help prevent bad stuff from happening to your hair with the products they recommend. I am one hundred precent sure that they racial profile me every time I’ve gone in there. Just had a gift card to use up. From a return. THANK GOODNESS I DONT HAVE ANYMORE!! ??

Staff at this location is unprofessional. Called and told item was in stock, drive 25 mins to pick up and staff was rude about the fact they told me wrong and were too worried about completing inventory to address the issue. Employee rudely tapped a different item with her pen and made a remark that's all they had, and then went back to counting. I feel this location needs better customer service and knowledge of what's products are what

Placed on order online, and wasnt 100% certain whether it would be delivered, or I needed to pick it up. The total was $290.A few hours later I get a call from Sally’s telling me my order was ready. When I get to the store, the sales associate (not sure of her name but she was extremely helpful and polite) gives me a bag with a label on that states that the total is $149. Its obvious that items that I had paid for are missing. The nice salea associate says she will try to figure out whats going on. I tell her I will be back the following day. The next day I call and I’m told that they have not finished unpacking the truck and I should call back later. Two hours later I receive an email from Sallys saying my order is being delivered, so I call the store to verify. Then I am told that my order is not being delivered and my order is at the store for pickup, and I will have to pay for the items that are missing even though I’ve already paid for them. Keep in mind, I’m the customer but the employee’s seemto know as much as I do and nobody takes any kind of initiative to help me figure out what is going on. I call corporate who finally explain to me that my order is split between the store and delivery. Fast forward to me going to the store to get my partialorder. The lady behind the counter who is the same lady that a few hours before had told me my items were not being delivered and that I would have to pay for them again, turns out to be the store manager Shaun. Shaun who is the face of Sallys, is rude, and unprofessional, and knows absolutely nothing about customer service. She didn’t even take it upon herself as manager to try to resolve the issue or even be halfway sympathetic to my experience as a customer. If the store manager is this incompetent then there is not much hope for anyone else in that store. Shaun needs lots of additional training so that she can be an asset to her team and the company she works for.

Who charges for a bag for purchased items? The manager will tell you it's a privilege to shop there. I've been in business many years and never seen that kind of disrespect to the general public. They will not respect legal mask provisions of exclusions and will threaten to have you arrested. The Sheriffs Association would cough at that. Several times I've been there and witnessed customers who felt challenged. If that's shopping you can have it. There are plenty businesses out there who find it a privilege to have you as a customer.
