“I’m moving to Greenville and needed storage so I called Go Store It and talked to Danielle who was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly and found me a storage unit in my budget and did everything over the phone!
In todays world customer service is not what it used to be but Danielle is thee exception to the rule, so thanks!
And to her boss- as customers are always right, please give her a raise for she definitely deserves it!!
EDIT- I just moved in and had the pleasure of dealing with T. He is thee most friendliest, professional employee I have ever met. He has such an great attitude and answered all my questions and I look forward to dealing with him if I have any issues.
This facility is clean and organized, has MULTIPLE ways of entering the building with the doors being able to be opened big enough to fit a car through, large carts to move your belongings and wide enough halls to accommodate your larger pieces of furniture.
I moved here in an Old Dominion trailer and was able to have it parked on the side nearest to my unit and they had no problem with it as there was enough space for it and others to access their units.”
“Im from farmville and needed a storage unit ASAP. The storage unit in Farmville was full! I did some Google searching and this location stood out to me and it wasn't roo far away concerning me not wanting to go top far over my uhaul mileage and blessedly they had a unit i needed available, I was able to pay online and come in and get started right away. MATTHEW was a blessing to me ? he helped me and was so kind. He blessed me in a major way. The day was already stressful. Before I came to him, I had fell off the uhaul onto my knees and it felt like the day just was not getting better. So it was a relief to encounter such a kind soul such as him. Seriously. He had me fighting back tears because I was trying to not be stressed. And he made the day better. 10/10”
“This was my second year using ample storage, and my experience has been great both times. Simple and easy. I am a student at East Carolina, but I am from Fayetteville. Having ample storage hold my things over the summer away from Greenville has been really helpful. Last week I came to Greenville to move in my belongings early, and I left my keys at home..smh. I went to the front office, and thank goodness the manager was in the office, and was able to help me which allowed me to get into my unit. So with that being said. This ample storage really have great people that will help you! I will forever recommend this storage place to future customers. 10/10. Thank you guys for everything!!”

“I called them in a real pinch. Christina was able to organize a move for me with almost no notice. The moving team was pleasant and careful upon pack up and delivery. There was a mix up with the TV delivered and they located our TV and brought it to us personally, after the delivery. I appreciate the dedication of their whole team, especially during a rainy delivery. They really were a help!!”

“I needed a storage unit for my belongings after being displaced from my apartment last minute due to property owners deciding to close the complex for restoration from the results of Hurricane Florence. I'm coming from Morehead City & this was the nearest available unit. The owner was very friendly & because of my situation, gave me the unit at a prorated price for this month, the entry code to the site, all while being 2 states away. All I had to do was leave a check in the Dropbox. Her good faith lifted a lot of stress off me. Now I can concentrate on finding a new place to live & what legal actions I can take towards the company that owns my apartment complex.”

“Very clean and I always felt she safe here. No matter ? what time of day/night it might be. Friendly and accommodating staff. Even though I was late many times (probably every time to be honest ?) .... (I'm so sorry y'all)... They were kind enough to work with me and not immediately jump straight to cutting the lock and taking my stuff. Which really meant a lot to me cuz I know they could have!! I highly recommend them for a reasonably priced, gated, clean, well light, easily accessible, storage facility!!! ??❤️”

“We just closed out our storage unit of almost 10 years. We had moved away and hadn't had a chance to get back until recently to open it up again, and clean it out. I was astounded at how clean it was! Aside from the normal dust over time, everything was the way we left it. There were zero signs of any mice or bugs (aside from the few typical spiders you'd normally see). Mr. Jim, the manager on site, (who was here when we started renting our unit), keeps the whole facility so neat and tidy. Not only that, but he is such a kind, respectful, and welcoming individual. It was really cold the couple days we were clearing out the unit, and he drove by and told us to come into the office any time we wanted to warm up. We asked him about places that would take donations (we used to run an online store and had so many quality clothes and inventory left over that we no longer had use for), and he told us about the over flow unit we could put them in that was literally almost right across from our unit. (He saved us from having to drive a big ryder truck around greenville trying to find a place that took donations, which we were extremely grateful for!!!) He also let us use the dumpster on site for any trash we had, which again, we were extremely grateful for!!! He made a long trip, and a hard few days, so much easier than we could have ever expected. Shout out to Mr. Jim; we really appreciate you and your kindness!!! Also, shout out to the amazing woman in the office (I'm sorry we didn't get her name) but she was also such a kind, helpful, and welcoming individual!!! (P.S. We misplaced the key for our padlock and Mr. Jim had us verify that we were who we said we were before he broke into our unit for us. So, if you're worried about your items being safe, you can rest assured that this facility doesn't take short cuts, and your locker is protected by a really great staff!) Thanks for keeping our locker safe and clean for the past (almost) decade; we appreciate you!!! :)”

“The storage facility is great. We were a little confused on how to get out, but we did go at night so didn't see the keypad in the inside of the gate. Also can get a remote from the central office so that you don't have to put in the code,so that's a plus. Would be great if there was an office at the location though so that you wouldn't have to drive across town to get it.”

“I needed a storage unit pretty quickly and after talking to 5 different other places I chose this one as they were the nicest to talk with and explain how everything works, I was able to rent a unit online and access it late in the afternoon which I was very grateful for. We spent all day packing things up and had I not been able to do everything online, I would have had to keep the moving truck additional days. I also love being able to go to the unit when I need and getting in and out is super easy. The property is always very clean and even at night, the entire property is well lit and super secure. Going to the units alone is not scary because they have camera everywhere and someone is always a phone call away. Any concerns are addressed right away and I would recommend anyone who needs storage to chose Self Storage Brothers.”
