“I love this place. I called 6 storage places in Greenville, they are all "managed" by different companies that employ phone operators, not even in this state, that could not even tell me what the gate hours were and none of them allowed 24/7 access. I even called UHaul and was told that yes they had 1 and if I gave my c/c info they would hold it for me until i could get there, they DID NOT have one available and the UHaul clerks said they didn't have any when the rep took my info and reserved it! I called Self Storage Brothers, (after hours) just to leave a message, but Ms Cindy answered and was very patient me, in less than 10 mins I had my unit#, gate# and they have 24/7 access. They have lots of units available, please call them if you need one!”

“We just closed out our storage unit of almost 10 years. We had moved away and hadn't had a chance to get back until recently to open it up again, and clean it out. I was astounded at how clean it was! Aside from the normal dust over time, everything was the way we left it. There were zero signs of any mice or bugs (aside from the few typical spiders you'd normally see). Mr. Jim, the manager on site, (who was here when we started renting our unit), keeps the whole facility so neat and tidy. Not only that, but he is such a kind, respectful, and welcoming individual. It was really cold the couple days we were clearing out the unit, and he drove by and told us to come into the office any time we wanted to warm up. We asked him about places that would take donations (we used to run an online store and had so many quality clothes and inventory left over that we no longer had use for), and he told us about the over flow unit we could put them in that was literally almost right across from our unit. (He saved us from having to drive a big ryder truck around greenville trying to find a place that took donations, which we were extremely grateful for!!!) He also let us use the dumpster on site for any trash we had, which again, we were extremely grateful for!!! He made a long trip, and a hard few days, so much easier than we could have ever expected. Shout out to Mr. Jim; we really appreciate you and your kindness!!! Also, shout out to the amazing woman in the office (I'm sorry we didn't get her name) but she was also such a kind, helpful, and welcoming individual!!! (P.S. We misplaced the key for our padlock and Mr. Jim had us verify that we were who we said we were before he broke into our unit for us. So, if you're worried about your items being safe, you can rest assured that this facility doesn't take short cuts, and your locker is protected by a really great staff!) Thanks for keeping our locker safe and clean for the past (almost) decade; we appreciate you!!! :)”

“I needed a storage unit for my belongings after being displaced from my apartment last minute due to property owners deciding to close the complex for restoration from the results of Hurricane Florence. I'm coming from Morehead City & this was the nearest available unit. The owner was very friendly & because of my situation, gave me the unit at a prorated price for this month, the entry code to the site, all while being 2 states away. All I had to do was leave a check in the Dropbox. Her good faith lifted a lot of stress off me. Now I can concentrate on finding a new place to live & what legal actions I can take towards the company that owns my apartment complex.”

“Very clean and I always felt she safe here. No matter ? what time of day/night it might be. Friendly and accommodating staff. Even though I was late many times (probably every time to be honest ?) .... (I'm so sorry y'all)... They were kind enough to work with me and not immediately jump straight to cutting the lock and taking my stuff. Which really meant a lot to me cuz I know they could have!! “Fair and decently priced, especially being climate controlled. Very clean and safe location. It's not 24 hrs, unfortunately, but you really can't beat the cost.***UPDATE: MY experience now that I have had the unit for a year has changed a bit. Within a years time, the cost has gone up by $10 three (3)!!! different times now. Making it, in my opinion, overpriced for the size. I also can not understand nor care for the fact that the unit is much TALLER in size than it has actual usable space. Therefore, once you cover the square footage in floor space with a decent amount of things and with a significant amount of stacking already done... unless I were to search far and wide for someone to borrow from (bc i dont own one) a very tall ladder, somehow get the very tall ladder to fit in my car, not only will I be playing jenga basically wih things that are obviously important to me... it also means any time I go to add something if it just so happens that its heavy, that means I have to spend a significant amount of time pulling things out, rearranging things, re-packing into the unit what I did once already or however many times ive needed to add something. AND all the while, hoping that an avalanche doesn't occur. More simply put, I really don't like that the price of my unit grows by 10 bucks every few months, when it's size and the inconvenient shape of it does not grow along with its bill.”

“I shopped around before I settled on this place. I had a cross country move and couldn't find any large units for a good price. They make up for it with great staff. Actual security cameras that work and a coded gate. They do incourage storage insurance that is very reasonable. They have rules in place to keep the facility clean (no smoking on property, no food or fluids stored).They designed it for great water run off incase of flooding. Some of the drain holes are huge and dangerous for vehicles. So just pre check your unit lane before driving a 26ft moving truck down them, backing up might be easier.Cons: Drain holes. Price of unit went up within a year. Not everyone follows rules so bugs can get into your unit, pre plan. No bathroom on property.”

“I called them in a real pinch. Christina was able to organize a move for me with almost no notice. The moving team was pleasant and careful upon pack up and delivery. There was a mix up with the TV delivered and they located our TV and brought it to us personally, after the delivery. I appreciate the dedication of their whole team, especially during a rainy delivery. They really were a help!!”

“The storage facility is great. We were a little confused on how to get out, but we did go at night so didn't see the keypad in the inside of the gate. Also can get a remote from the central office so that you don't have to put in the code,so that's a plus. Would be great if there was an office at the location though so that you wouldn't have to drive across town to get it.”
