“I had three staff members to load and unload my belongings that include furniture, TVs and an uplight piano. 1. Estimate: When I left my phone number to get a quote, Two Men and a Truck was the very first business who called me back to schedule a quote. When a guy from the company came into my place, he scanned everything quickly and provided itemized quotes and gave initial quotes on site. Since the company has an established system in terms of how they evaluate items and weights, the quote came out immediately. It was very impressive. (I had another quote from a local competitor. They came back to me with a quote three days later, but the quote was not itemized and much expensive.) On the loading/unloading days (my moving was a two day process. I moved to a different city, 100 miles away from where we used to live.) 2. All of the movers are very polite, punctual, professional and careful in dealing with my belongings. It was about 4 hour process on loading and unloading work, respectively. 3. My upright piano was handled quite good enough. Piano was well protected with pads, wrap, straps and a bottom rolling board. I do not have a complain about it. However, I was little surprised to see that some light item needed to be loaded on the top of the piano. (Honestly, I was little nervous. Nothing happened anyway. Piano was moved with no scratch or damage.) The truck was literally full. So, they would have no option but to put some items around the piano. 4. The three young men, Mauricio, Kyson, and Dillon need to have complement. 5. Deposit payment process, contract signing, balance payment - all went smoothly. 6. Just for heads up, my payment included $300 of damage insurance fee. We had it because of some valuable items like uplight piano, digital piano, TVs, etc.”

“I called them in a real pinch. Christina was able to organize a move for me with almost no notice. The moving team was pleasant and careful upon pack up and delivery. There was a mix up with the TV delivered and they located our TV and brought it to us personally, after the delivery. I appreciate the dedication of their whole team, especially during a rainy delivery. They really were a help!!”

“My wife and I used this facility for several years and have really appreciated it. The automatic gate and self storage is very convenient, the facility and units are clean and well maintained, and we have never had any concerns of safety or security. I made the mistake of using other storage facilities in the area and had a terrible experience with bugs, mice, and snakes in my unit. That was a distant and non-present concern with this facility. If you even see a bug, its likely dead before it even reaches the door to get inside the building, let alone making it into your unit. The staff has also been very communicative and friendly when we have had any questions or even when running into the maintenance staff and just chatting. Highly recommend.”

“So far so good. Customer service @ the office has been great so far, and they even accommodated our last minute request to get the storage unit here even sooner. By far FAR FAR more affordable than Pack Rat or PODS.”

“Very clean and I always felt she safe here. No matter ? what time of day/night it might be. Friendly and accommodating staff. Even though I was late many times (probably every time to be honest ?) .... (I'm so sorry y'all)... They were kind enough to work with me and not immediately jump straight to cutting the lock and taking my stuff. Which really meant a lot to me cuz I know they could have!! I highly recommend them for a reasonably priced, gated, clean, well light, easily accessible, storage facility!!! ??❤️”

“Convenient location and easy access. I love that they have an electronic gate. I wish they would fix my storage door! It has been broken for more than 6 months and they have had a key to fix it for at least 5 months.”

“Container was helpful, delivered timely, had a delay in final pickup. Watch the charges -- they charged me for another month after I had it picked up, were going to credit me for half month until I cited the call for pickup date and then their delay. THey did resolve the credit issue.”
