Steer clear of food made on site! I know one of the employees they recently hired........NEVER eating anything made in that restaurant until THAT particular employee is FIRED! Responsible for keeping a kitchen clean and can't even keep herself clean! One star until she's gone.

Oh, Patrick Waters, let me tell you something with the love of Jesus in my heart: your comment about this store “looking like a shelter home for the homeless” is not only insensitive—it’s downright cruel. If you’ve never been in a shelter or faced hard times, how dare you speak on something you clearly know nothing about? Words like yours hurt people, and let me remind you, Jesus calls us to lift up our brothers and sisters, not tear them down. You should think twice before posting such hateful, ignorant nonsense for everyone to read.
And to the store owner who responded to Patrick’s comment, you should be ashamed. Instead of addressing this situation with the compassion and grace Jesus teaches us, you doubled down on the insensitivity. How about fostering a welcoming environment where those in need feel love and support? That’s the example Jesus sets for us—to care for the least of us, not to ridicule them. A warm store with kind employees who greet customers with genuine care—not robotic “hellos”—and show compassion could make a world of difference to someone going through a hard time. But instead, your staff stare at people like they’ve never seen someone struggle before. Where is the humanity?
Let me tell you something, Patrick and whoever else feels the need to look down on people facing hardship: life is unpredictable. Your day is coming. When it does, I pray someone with the love of Jesus in their heart extends a hand to you, because you will need it. Trust me, when you’re falling, you’ll want someone to offer you grace and kindness—the same grace you clearly don’t have for others right now.
Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors and show compassion to those in need. Yet here you are, mocking people who may already feel invisible, broken, and lost. Patrick, your words are cruel, childish, and completely uncalled for. And to the owner and employees of this store: the cold, unfeeling attitudes you show to your customers reflect poorly on your hearts. Take a lesson from Jesus—show love, speak life, and treat everyone with dignity, regardless of their circumstances.
Until you both open your hearts to Jesus and start showing His love in your actions, your words and deeds will continue to hurt others and, ultimately, yourself. Because life doesn’t discriminate—hard times can hit anyone, including you. I pray you find the humility and love of Jesus to soften your hearts before that day comes.
In Jesus’ name, I hope you find the grace and compassion to do better—for yourselves and for those who need it most. Your day is coming and from these comments you won't be ready and you cant be ready for what is about to hit you both immature individuals with no compassion for your brothers on Earth. And for your information a lot of people would rather stay all night at Sheetz because the Shelter in Greenville NC is for the wicked and I feel like you would fit right in there when do you become one. And to take photos of someone's stuff just shows how immature and petty you are about something you have no clue about and soon will find out. When you do come back this post and read it, because at the end of the day I told you so, brother.

My go to stop for a regular size dark chocolate mocha frozen drink w/ 2% milk, non decaf, + whip cream with the dark chocolate syrup drizzle drizzle topping at 4am in the morning bc at this point I just know work life...............lol

I have to say I am impressed with the staff at the East Fire tower rd in Greenville NC. I often say that the front line workers get all the responsibility and little credit. One young lady Mallory has impressed with her tact, charm and thick skin when dealing with customers who as people leave much to be desired. She has shown me her character in but the briefest of moments, and that character is sterling in every way. Nice job!

Sheetz is always pretty good. This location however was not good. The Men's bathroom was trashed. No toilet paper was available. The trash/s cans were overflowing. The food was decent, but it easy to see no effort was put in at all. Not a good experience overall. One thing to note, this was Saturday before noon.
